The people who work there are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I went looking for a scent and the lady who helped me asked questions and let me see like 5 different ones till we found one for me. She never got inpatient or anything. Then she helped my mom with a couple things too. All in all a very good visit. A very clean store too.

I love the products, of course. I know the ladies are just doing their job HOWEVER, their corporate folks who make them stand at the entrance ready to pounce as I walk in is SO annoying. It makes me want to order online more and more.

While i love this place. prices are crazy, they are changing their scents way to often, getting rid of scents that my opinion are great scents, or changing the formula. but the girls are amazing, helpful and know their stuff

Love the after holiday sales. Product is always displayed so it can be easily chosen for purchase. Only problem is trying to decide and stay within my budget. Staff are almost like personal shoppers.

Even today was candle day they were absolutely above and beyond helpful and friendly they helped everyone find the perfect scents and were very friendly and kind amidst all the chaos LOL they definitely provided a wonderful shopping atmosphere and experience! This is a standard Bath & Body store. Its always clean, the employees are always friendly and knowledgeable, and I always leave the store with more than I intended to purchase. What a shame that its located in the worst mall I have ever been in. I do not feel safe or even clean in the Southland Mall parking lot in broad daylight or at night so I do not purchase Bath & Body Works items from the store anymore. I shop strictly online.

Everyone should love this place. Whether you shop online or go into the store. They have some of the most beautifully smelling stuff. I just love all their shea lotions. And they seem to be always running a sale on things. Great for gifts too.

Very happy with my second visit they ACTUALLY gave me the right deal that I paid for the buy 3 get 3 but I could only get lotion not body sprey so that didnt seem right?? But Thanks to the Manager, she was very polite and she ACTUALLY cares about her customers,,she was great, it was around 8:15pm. I wish I remembered her name.

I love bath and body works. Their sales are really good. As much as I like the sents, lotions and soap I never pay full price. But like I said they have great sales. I like you can layer your sents with a shower gel, a body lotion and a body spray.
