They did a great job. Jason O’Brien was very helpful. I was impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the product. He was friendly, easy to talk with and returned calls and messages quickly. I am pleased with the quality of the system and the price.

Absolutely hard to find a great quality product, with a professional sales team, and a well tuned service department, with a rapid response time all tied into one. Barcom was introduced to our family recently, and with extensive research, we will never be customers of another service. In my professional opinion Barcom is a 5 star business with a sound security system.

From the start with this company I had Carl the salesman upsale me by telling me a price 5 cameras on top of the other parts of my security system but they only installed 4! On top of that the final bill was 1-2000$ more than I was quoted even with installing 1 less camera! I let that go without posting a review but after being with this company for over a year I have had nothing but issues! My batteries in the window keep dying although it hasnt been the five years like the batteries are guaranteed for. When talking with the customer service people they are nothing but rude! I talked to a lady and a man and both were arrogant and I ended up just getting off the phone with them because they were not helpful. Even with this system I do not feel 100% safe. Also I had put the contacts as me the one who lives here, my girlfriend, then my dad and lastly my grandfather in case we cant answer the phone to a tripped alarm my dad or grandpa would be able to send the cops. Well instead of calling the correct order they called my dad right away 3 times within us using the system and of course poor man is panicking. I should have been called instead and would have told them it was an accident. And yes I told them every single time to call me first not my dad! But it took to after the 3rd time for them to actually listen to me.

Awesome company, only one around with local monitoring, salesman and techs are professional, equipment is great, definitely recommend Barcom for anyone needing residential or commercial security systems.

Carl answered all of our questions prior, during install and after. Any questions we had I could communicate with him and he promptly responded! Hes a great asset to Barcom. Also our installer Hunter did a fantastic job on install. Such a clean and thorough job and he cleaned up any mess he made. I am at peace with this system on our home. Thanks to you both!

Excellent Service!

My wife, Deborah, and I recently had a security system installed by Barcom. Seventeen years ago, when are house was built we wanted to install a security system. We worked with one of the large national companies and never got past the proposal phase. We didn’t feel comfortable with the company and their approach in doing business. We decided to do nothing. Recently, we decide again that we should have a security system. Our research led us to Barcom – we wanted a company big enough to get it done and provide after sale support yet be flexible and appreciative of our business. We called the company and Brandon was at our home within two hours. He listed to us and evaluated our needs and provided us with an onsite proposal. He provided us with an installation date that met our needs since we were going on vacation within a couple of weeks. The system was installed as scheduled without incident. Kyle, the installed was great. He cleaned up the house as he finished and training us on the system. Brandon stopped by at the end of the installation and provided us with follow-up information. We highly recommend Brandon and Kyle as well as the Barcom company.

I could not have went through this situation without Carl and his help. He explained everything and took the time to listen to what I needed. Jake was great as well during installation. I highly recommend Barcom, Jake, and Carl to anyone needing help with home security.

We are very pleased! The alarm happened to go off...luckily it was a false alarm but we were contacted quickly and the police responded very quickly also. Very pleased with the service!

The team at Barcom were able to install my system at a time that worked for my busy schedule. Brandon has followed up to see how its working and made him self available for any questions i have.
