I went to this store to upgrade my phone bcuz it will no longer charge. There was a sign on the door that said had emergency be back in 30 minutes. I got there at 2:10pm and it is now 3:00 the sign had no time as to when they left. Im frustrated since Im trying to charge my phone and upgrade and no one is in the store. This has to be one of the most unprofessional things Ive seen from a retail store in years. Im going to go to cricket if this is how they run the store. No way will I put up with this type of service from my cell phone provider when they are supposed to be open until 6pm and they have been closed for at least an hour and im sure its been longer than that.

In & out to pay monthly charge First of the month however I got in before the rush

Sales people were attentive and helpful. Sales area was like new and clean and well lit. They took care of my phone problem quick and efficiently.

Store very clean, both representatives very professional and helpful,Highly recommend metro services,No hidden fees, stable bill every month. Unlimited data, low budget international calls.I’m so happy with my experience in this store.

Great customer service and they are always quick to try to help me. Ki Ki is a sweetheart and Imad always tries to get the best deal for me. My only complaint is sometimes I get an error message that I have no internet, I have unlimited data. But thats with any phone service. Thanks Metro!!

Was with Verizon the manager helped me port my number and lower my monthly plan to 40 unlimited a month, they are professional was great experience.

Called customer service about a bad phone that was a hour old, they said call the store and have them order me a new phone so I did the guy I talked to was the manager, I explained to him what they said and his exact words was I aint doing s$&t, so I said I would call metro back he said good fn lick Im the manager and I dont care what corporate says and hung up on me, I call metro and find out it was a used phone, they said they get alot of complaints from that store and for me to go to corporate owned store and stay away from the Marion Ohio store it independently owned, pretty bad when metro says avoid the store. So of you want to get ripped off and treated bad Id take there advice and mine, stay away. The Marion cricket store is the best store in Marion for prepaid and Im going back there.

Too bad there isnt a closer Metro PCs store, manager is a THEIF, put insurance on her family line without her consent. The so-called manager is unprofessional, arrogant and always looking to screw people over.

Sat there waiting for nearly an hour to have the sales associate literally take three people that came in after me. I understand they work on commission, but I was literally ready to buy 4 $100+ phones and lines. Hope the three people were worth it.

Service was quick and on point. They said the service may be shotty in bucyrus, but it already surpasses Sprint by far!! I highly recommend!

Cant share any details for this place. I have no idea what this place does I drive by it thats all a Google map keeps telling me I stopped there. As for the Stars its not what I try to do I cant read it I want Star is not true for this company I have no idea what they do or anyting.
