Had my screen fixed and the bottom corners were not all the way in, so had to take it in for another repair, and for the second repair had lines down the screen. 😬Then finally on the third repair it works just fine now!Would recommend, just make sure they do it right the first time!

I managed to bend the frame and brake the back glass of my Samsung S10+ 5G. They had my phone fixed in 4hrs and they also installed the screen protector on the face of my phone for me! Took my Samsung A71 in b/c Im having issues, Samsung asked me to take to there (or ship it in for a 2 week turnaround). I dropped it off, came back about 3 hours later. The employee stated that he needed to have the mgr take a look the next morning. I asked what he thought may be wrong and he said it was over his pay grade?? So basically I drove 2 hours to find out nothing at all. I wasnt going to leave it and drive home and return the next day. Nothing against the employees, the 2 I dealt with were nice, I just would have thought employees at a cell phone repair place authorized to do warranty work for Samsung would be better knowledged and skilled for that kind of work. Had to give 2 stars, based solely on that.

Brought my galaxy note 9 in to have screen replaced and they told it would be longer for the repair. They had it done before 4pm. I highly recommend these people for repairs, really good quality and great parts

Took my Daughters phone to get the screen replacement done. They had her phone for over 5hrs. They broke the finger sensor in her Google pixel 3xl. They didnt want to give us her phone back but our insurance company made them. Then there employee Coda disrespected my wife and my kids. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. He almost got his attitude ajusted. .

My daughter took them her laptop, and it was nothing but trouble. They never listened, installed the wrong version of Windows, and scratched the laptop case (which they later denied doing).

Google told me to come here for warranty Pixel repairs. I made an appointment for diagnostics, etc. online, and the intake process was clean and professional. I was told Id be informed when they were finished with my phone, or when they found out what was causing my issues.I went back in 3 hours later (I was told diagnostics would take 30 minutes to an hour) to check on it, and I was told they couldnt do anything with my issue. Its a hardware problem; we tried everything we could with the software. Youll probably have to contact Google again and see what they say.If you cant fix hardware issues, you should let manufacturers know! My 200+ mile round trip was totally wasted. I expected to stay in town a while, but I also expect to go home with a properly functioning phone.

Brought my Iphone with a cracked screen they replaced the screen but now at random times the screen goes completely Gray and I have to push the on and off button so It can go back to normal I told them about it they said bring it in I did they said they replaced the screen which I know they didn’t all they did was wipe the screen clean an put a brand new plastic on the screen to make it look like they replaced the screen the I still have the same problem but it got worse will not go to them again

This place needs to reword their advertisement because I took my mother there to fix her tablet charge port and they informed her that it would cost more to do that vs buying a new one, plus would have to be sent somewhere to get the fix done and would take a long time to get it back, they need to reword the whole company because some things they dont fix, they send to someone else and costs more than a new device.... aggrevating

Took 2 phones in to get cracked screens repaired. No other issues with the phones. We were told it would take 1 - 1.5 hrs to repair both but it took 6 hours. I spent 45 min of that time waiting for them to correct their mistake of putting the wrong colored outside edge on my phone. The other phone didnt work AT ALL after they fixed the screen & had to be replaced by Verizon. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I was told by my provider that my phone was broken and needed to be replaced. She said the charging port fell out. A replacement would be several hundred dollars. UbreakiFix fixed my phone in under a minute for free. I’m thrilled!

I felt that the service I got could’ve been a little better. The guy that was supposed to help seemed to have more effort in making rude jokes than to actually help. Instead of giving me further advice to recovering my data, he gave me the phone and basically told me I was sol. Not the most friendly or helpful, not upset that device wasn’t fixed. Just don’t appreacite crude humor when stressed.

The home button on my 1 year old iPhone 8 Plus was making a terrible rattling sound and vibrating really bad. I called Apple and they wanted $430 to fix it because it had went out of warranty 22 days before I called. I owed less then this on the phone. I then called Saluki Screen Repair and spoke with Alex. He told me he could fix it. I took it to him and he had it fixed in less than 5 minutes and refused to let me pay! He was very professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job on fixing my phone.
