The staff and doctor were extremely kind and courteous to my four-year-old daughter during her eye exam. They explained devices and procedures to her prior to her exam to alleviate her anxiety and fear. They were all very patient with her through the whole process. I appreciate the care the team poured into her.

When they know you have eye insurance They make upgrades without discussing with you because your out of pocket gives a nice illusion. I caught them in several untruths throughout my experience. Pay cash and get a quote, youll be fine.

While the staff here is extremely kind and friendly, I waited for over an hour and a half between my appointment time and when the optometrist finally saw me. I remain baffled as to how they were running so horridly behind schedule.
