Pharmacy is horribly slow and not very friendly. Have had issues with the photos not looking great. At least returns are fairly easy.
They are very helpful and knowledgeable.
A little of everything you need.
How long does it take to refill a prescription?
Good and local also a quick place to buy necessity items.
Check expiration dates! Just purchased food today (4/2/21) with expiration of 11/07/19. Brought it back to exchange and the other one the had on the shelf was expired 01/29/21.
I needed to switch pharmacies when I changed insurance. The pharmacist told me insurance wasn’t going through for my meds. He took the time to contact the insurance company and after some discussion, resolved the problem so my insurance covered it. They’ve always been kind and respectful.
Ive always had great service, considering this pharmacy handles. Drive thru is very efficient, they have two lanes and staff goes out of their way to help their customers!
I love this place. The clerks are all very nice and helpful. Their prices are low. The rewards card save me a lot of money.
Always something new
I had been using Walgreens for 20+ years and never had an issue at any other location except for this one. We transferred our prescriptions here about 9 months ago after we moved. In the last 3-4 months I have not had one single prescription filled correctly. First off I would get texts saying my scripts are ready for pick up to find out they were not and had to wait. I get told its an issue with the app. Ok 1st time I can let it go, but this has been like this every months for 9 months! 3 months ago they lost my daughters prescription that the doctor just called in 4 hours ago. They claimed they never got it. Called her doctor right there for them to confirm what time it was sent over and that they got confirmation it was received. We had to wait for them the find it and then fill it. Same issue again this time its with my script. I waited till the next day to pick up. By this point I had recieved a text, phone call, and email. Nope cant find it and claim it was never sent over. Yup called my dr while in the store and made them talk to the nurse and explain their screwups. Last straw was having 3 scripts of my on auto refill and only 1 of the 3 got filled. The other 2 got lost yet again. Worst part was they claimed I got it per the app. I called the pharmacy and confirmed that this information was correct, which they did. I asked to talk to the store manager immediately since they now have a fraud issue. Manger straightened it out for me and ask if I wanted them refilled; by this point I called my dr and told them what was going on and they sent it to another pharmacy to be filled. Over 20 years and Im officially done with them.
Pharmacy exceptionally slow. Is there any organization behind the counter? We recently moved to Marion. Our previous Walgreens pharmacy was a 5 star. We may make the long drive back there if Marion CVS isnt better than this one.
Photo center is unorganized and staff are rude.
Their photography personal was very helpful and extremely fast. I got my photos within minutes of ordering them. Great service.
Horrible horrible customer service for the pharmacy every single time I go there I wait a ridiculous amount of time even when no one else is there they stand around doing nothing absolutely nothing take their sweet time walking to the window then are rude! I waited about 20 minutes today 2/3/17 at the window no one came I even pressed the call button seen the Tec just standing there so I drove away!
Visiting Marion and left my test meter at home. They had just what I needed and every employee said hello or welcome. I was impressed!!!
The new staff that they have there are very rude and unprofessional. Management should think about getting new staff or getting their attitudes changed because I, nor anyone else will tolerate that.
If I could give zero stars I would. Every month getting a prescription is always a hassle. In 4 months I have used this pharmacy. The first month they said I had already picked it up, which I had not. They said they would have to review the videos to make sure. They call me 2 days later to apologize and that my medication is ready. The 2nd time they said I would need a prior authorization to fill my med. That was odd since I had already done that the month prior. The issue was they were filling someone elses prescription under me. Not sure how that happens. Then this time I was getting a prescription for my son and I got an automated call at 9am telling me my prescription is ready for pick up. Awesome great. Then I get there after work and wait in line for the standard 20 min which I will give them the benefit that they prob cant control that. But when i get up to the window the tech tells me that its not ready and that they dont have the medication but can have it in 2 days. I asked if I could pick it up at a different location and they said no, I would need to have my doctor send it to another location. At this point Im upset and going inside. I then find out that they do have the medicine and it was some auto out error. Im like ok can you fill it. They said yes in 30 min. So I then went home had dinner and checked to see what time they close. It says 10pm on there google listing. I get there at 9 and everything is boarded up and says no pharmacy on duty. I will be getting the last medication ever from Walgreens. I dont write reviews but this was so crazy I actually sat in my truck and spent 20 minutes typing this out.
Waited 45 minutes first time only to find out they didnt have product. Said they would have by noon the next day. Finally got it on 3rd day. Have to use walgreens for insurance but will never use this one again. Rude and very unprofessional pharmacy staff. They assumed I jad same insurance from 25 years ago. Never once asked if records were correct.
Love this place go there daily nice people and savings
The drive through wait is always so long 🙄
Always have to wait over 20 min in drive through go to cvs
This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. They are slow, and rude. It usually takes me 2 days to get an accurate Rx filled...
This is my favorite Walgreens Ive ever been to and Ive lived in a LOT of places. The people in-store are very polite and are a bit more elderly, so they respect your time and you being a customer. The pharmacy staff is 100% awesome!! I know they are supposed to treat every customer as their #1 priority (but I think they do a little extra for me and maybe that means they ARE doing something very RIGHT!!). They are HONEST about the time it will take to get the medicine ready. They dont over-promise and under-deliver, which is admirable. Almost all the staff know me by look/name and theyll say Hi there! Let me grab your prescription for you.I am very confused why there are so many negative reviews about this particular Walgreens. I guess some people were having a bad day!
I have never written a review, but I feel compelled to here. I give it one star only because I have to. This only pertains to the pharmacy as this is the only reason I go there. Every time I go to pick up my medications I wait in line for 20 minutes, minimum. There is always someone sitting at the pickup window waiting, tying up the line. As the pharmacy technician, I would have them pull up and wait, but no, they let them sit there and wait. Then, when its finally your turn they are rude to you more often than not. Inconvenient and unwelcoming.
Only one star because I had to, should be -5.Never have I had such an issue getting a script filled. Rude, unprofessional, slow, uncaring, incompetent pharmacy staff. They stand around gossip and ignore you inside and the drive through is pointless, backed up for miles because they dont get the concept of take a script and tell them when it will be ready and have them come back. They act as if you are at their mercy and your a joke. Dont bother complaining because no one cares.Obviously only there to get a paycheck. They all need to be fired and replaced with properly trained caring individuals.
Awful.. Always slow.. Always open later than they are supposed to.. The pharmacist actually had to read the pamphlet for one customer to tell him the side effects of metropolol.. As a nurse myself I could easily tell you about that drug... Sad
I dont write reviews, never have. But this experience was so bad, others need to be warned. I began in the drive thru and ended up inside 45 minutes later, still waiting. Medicine was called in this morning. I was there at 7:00 pm. One pharm assistant was incredibly rude. Two clerks were clueless. Only the pharmacist knew what she was doing. Avoid this Walgreens.
This pharmacy is a joke. Filled my prescriptions at CVS instead and it took 2 minutes instead of 45 minutes to get nothing accomplished at Walgreens.
If youre a member than you could get a lower price from the promotion otherwise is a little bit pricey.
Very very friendly clean. Very knowledgeable.
Heavy set guy was very very rude to my friends. It did not run their prescriptions correctly . He told them to pay for 3 months or go without when it was to be done as a one month script
Friendly people. Decent prices
Very rude At the pharmacy didnt listen to me at all...
The pharmacy had me wait over an hour for what they told me was a 15 minute wait to put some pills in a bottle there pharmacist was unorganized and visibly distressed not the most ideal qualities in someone handling your medication
Pharmacy is not helpful at all. Go to C Ave.
This Pharmacy is terrible. The pharmacists will lie to you, the pharmacy techs are clueless. incompetent and very unfriendly. Go here and you will wait forever. They might tell you 30 minutes but be prepared to to wait.
I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I called in my refills in a day in advance and still had to wait over 30 minutes to get my meds. This unacceptable.
Prices are high
In and out
