Waste of time. Wouldnt take a tv because they didnt have Bluetooth speakers to hook up to it... Its not even Bluetooth compatible, and all TVs have built in speakers.

Overall not a bad little pawn shop. Has a pretty good selection of all types of electronics, from tvs, to laptops, to video game devices . A good place to find a used guitar as well. Prices vary, depending on what items youre looking for, and they are even willing to negotiate with you on certain items, depending on how long they have been for sale. The staff is over-all pretty friendly, and fairly knowledgeable about the items they are selling.

Great service and a friendly staff. Nicki helped get me the money I needed to pay a bill quickly. I heard them helping other customers and they were very understanding and helpful. Its usually a stressful thing having to visit a pawn shop in the situation I was in but they made it easy. I will definitely visit this location again.

Went in here and asked for a pay day lon they preceded to tell me they don’t do loans anymore when right on the window it says 30 day cash loans no interest. Wow. And as I was walking in they had a customer who they were refusing to help with a stolen ring because it was a “civil matter”

The transaction was quick and satisfactory.The store is clean and easy to shop, the prices seemed reasonable.I had a better experience here than at most retail stores.

I called out to see what time they closed which was 7pm I got there about 645 and they said there done dealing with customers. If you close at 7 you should stop dealing with customers at 7 no other business that Ive went to turns away customers before closing. 1 star is about 3 stars to high

This place will most definitely will buy your kids game station or musical instrument. Theyll even by a stolen gold ring or gold necklace if you need a bag of dope or a rock to throw in your pipe. But if you are running low on cash to make it through the week DONT take your gold bullion there because theyre too stupid to know what there jewelry gets melted down and made into.

I had pawned a TV with them and when I took it in it was completely fine. When I brought it home it had 2 lines going down the right side of it so I called them and they said they couldnt do anything about it. I will never be buying or pawning anything with them again .they are a huge rip off

After being a customer and always paying my loans in full. A new girl decided she will talk to me like in retarded. The mmanager tried to take care of the situation and the new girl had to pop off at the mouth again. And said well maybe you shouldnt come here. I looked at her and told her you know shes right! Cancel that out I wont be back!. So you lost the business another installment loan because you cant keep that little wench in line and let her talk down to a customer and run her mouth to a customer. I would NOT recommend this cash advance place to anyone. At least until I get a phone call and an apology. But rest assured I will be urging everyone to stay away. I called this place looking for a guitar amp for my middle school. When I called and asked for the model and information. All the manager said was its 1 and a half feet tall Then when I proceeded to ask for a photo or email sent to me they were saying they were not permitted to do that. Dont ever call this place or waste your time here ever again.

Tried to take back a TV we bought and a rude woman with brown hair tried to tell my husband she couldnt take it back because the remote it came with wasnt the original. Mind you they sold us a cheap universal remote with it when we bought it because THEY didnt have the original. After he showed her the receipt with the universal remote she tried to tell us she couldnt take it back because it had roach dropping on it. We DO NOT have roaches, or any sort od bugs in our house and she continued being nasty and rude about the entire ordeal. She then discarded our receipt and when I went in to get it she didnt have the key. Dont come here, avoid at all costs. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

Watch your receipts very careful we had some rings that were in here and paided on each month when we came into pay them off the following month they had one in there show case for sale...we received no warning the following month about this...long store short we had to pay an extra couple hundred dollars to get the ring...enjoy the money cashland this is the last you will get from us EVER...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. My fiancé tried to pawn my like new iPad. He first walks in and the woman who helped him (he didn’t catch her name) was rude from the beginning. He forgot to bring the charger with him but he said no problem he’d be happy to go home and get it. We factory reset the iPad, thinking that’s what you’re supposed to do, and she flips out on him. Says she will not accept it, good bye. Didn’t give him a chance to log back in to it or say anything. These people clearly have horrible people skills and shouldn’t be working a job in customer service. He said he’s never been treated this poorly by an employee in his life. Don’t even waste your time coming into this place unless you feel like being verbally abused.

Heres the problem Im currently speaking to corporate but the worker there had enough nerve to tell me and my 6 year old son his gp is more important then us. Straight out said it. So my son gets home very upset saying guess what mom this guy said Im not important. I tell the manager and when I walk out she is serving and basically laughing. The guy is not getting anything said to him though she said she will. I have over 4.4 million Facebook group users and Im seriously to the point of letting them all know. This is not how you treat a customer. Honestly I been there since they started every month. I been a great customer. These 2 people ruined it. Now Im scared for my stuff. If I had the money I would get it out and never come back. Let alone they are low balling everyone. I have more to this story and I will say I have done nothing or said anything for them to act this way. Horrible. I hope corporate does something before I take this further.

This place is a joke. I walked in and asked if they would take my new Galaxy tab e which is turned off of my contract. The woman was very rude and talked to me in a dirty tone. I am extremely pissed about this. I never pawned anything in my life and the first time I try this is what happens. I will be calling the corporate management and this woman will be fired for the way she talked to me.

Went to sale a ring today they gave me $60,later on found out it was $218 scrap price at another place,what a bunch of rip offs do not trust or deal with these people
