Everyone at USA was very knowledgeable. Kyle was very easy to work with to get the correct system ordered and financing done. The installation was fast and the installers showed me what I needed to know to use my new system and cleaned up after themselves. Pricing was reasonable and 0% interest was great. I have no regrets about hiring them and no reservations about recommending USA.

Very disappointed with there service,bought brand new trane furnace and central air conditioner 14 months ago and the ac unit stops working. They came down to fix it but they want to charge me for doing so. The gave me some bs story about my unit being tampered with but offered up no proof.the only proof they can come up with is that the unit would not have ran at installation with what they had found wrong. Well Im sorry to say that it did and nobody person or animal messed with this unit. So I went out on a limb and recommended your company to friends of mine and now I have to go back and tell them what kind of bs this company is going to try to pull on them if anything go wrong with there units. Needless to say that I wont be handing out recommendations for this company ever again.

USA Heating & Cooling scheduled us for the next day, were actually EARLY to the appointment (which almost never happens) and made quick work of repairing our A/C. They cleaned out condenser at no extra charge too. Would recommend.

Had these guys install central air in the summer of 2018. Fair prices, showed up on time, did a clean install in a timely manner. Had a few other odds and ends I needed done that I requested when they came out for the install quote. Everything worked flawlessly the entire summer. They came and did the work they committed to doing when they committed to doing it in a clean and orderly fashion. I literally had to do nothing pre-install and post-install. They cleaned up prior to installing and post installing the unit. Wonderful people to work with and extremely understanding of schedules (I work very erratically). Any and all HVAC I have done on this property or future properties I will be calling USA heating & cooling. Really a top notch group of people here!
