I had my car towed to him because my brakes had locked on me while I was at a traffic light. He examined it right away and called me what needed to be done. I really appreciated the honesty since I had other issues that my car was showing that I wasnt aware about. They answered all my questions. Reasonable prices and really great customer service. Would totally recommend!

I just moved to Marlborough recently and was looking for a mechanic I could trust. GL Auto not only delivered...they knocked it out of the park! Best mechanic experience Ive ever had, hands down. They were fair on the price, and George was eager to teach me things about the car that I didnt know. He even gave me general info about Marlborough, like local happenings, great food, etc...I highly recommend anyone looking for a new mechanic to check out GL Auto. I will definitely be coming back!

Really great mechanics here. Wicked honest about labor and part charges. Definitely worthwhile to go here and get work done on your car. George the owner is a wonderful man. I will be returning to this shop in the future.

Bought this at GL garage. Had break issues. And they helped me out. I had brakes put in, along with some other needed items and Roy and George took care of the Truck. Here it is..... made a new friend.. thank you George. Thank you Roy. For your help in making it safe to drive.

I had such a great experience here! After my father in law retired, I had trouble finding a good, honest mechanic. I went here to have my brakes replaced today and the service was fast and reasonably priced. George was so friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will definitely come back for any future repairs.

I go to George because hes not only a good mechanic, more important hes honest. If something can wait to be fixed, hell tell you. You can call and ask a question. Hes more interested in happy customers and repeat business. I stay away from dealers, because they only want to rob you. I recommend everyone to George, because I know he will take care of anybody who goes there.

I’ve had great experience at GL Auto. George and Roy are honest friendly mechanics who are more interested in happy customers and the truth than making a dishonest dollar. They have both helped me out tremendously and I highly recommend them.

I am particularly impressed with Chris, who could easily open an auto repair shop on his own, but at GL, adds to a powerful team. He is a terrific partner to George.I am so very pleased at the expertise, attention to detail, careful explanations (without condescension) and down to earth pricing, that I am now bringing my in-warranty repairs.Why would the owner of a recent model car bring In-Warranty work to an independent? (where the warranty does not apply!) The Answer: Even when work is covered by a manufacturer warranty, it is more important to get it done fast, properly and permanently, especially if the buyer can be confident they are dealing with straight shooters.I couldnt be more satisfied and pleased. After my car suffered some damage during a snow storm(sound dampening panels dragging on the ground). george the owner returned my all after i left a voice message i left on saturday morning. he took time out of his saturday plowing and put my car up in the air to take the broken panels off so i could drive it til i got replacement parts from the dealer.the nicest part of this story is that ive never been to his shop before. hes just a really nice guy that went out of his way to help out a stranger. I had assumed i might get it looked at on monday or tuesday at best and wouldnt have a car most of the week but he got me rolling in about 30 minutes, i just have to go back when the new parts come in.

Always get good work done when they say it will be done. I would highly recommend them.
