The people in the store very nice, especially the woman I spoke with. She was very comforting and informed and educated about the product and provided a very compelling reason to switch mattresses. When I make my next mattress purchase Im definitely going to come here I base my decision on what they have to offer because the staff was so nice. Thank you so much you guys are awesome.

I love this store!!! Outstanding customer service I was planning on purchasing my bed in a few months from now but Jen a sales rep treated me so well. Explained everything so perfect made me really understand what I was purchasing the quality of sleep that I was going to have an enjoy . I purchased it that same day and don’t regret a moment of it I’m in love with my new C2 Sleep Number 360 King bed!I never slept this good !! Thank you Sleep Number.

Woman working at the store was nice and knew the products very well.

Jen at the Marlborough store was wonderful. We had never been to a Sleep Number store and had many questions. She was patient and answered our questions. The end result is we bought a new Sleep Number bed and are anxiously waiting for delivery.

The prices of the mattresses are crazy but they say its the best and I would agree with them! Its very relaxed and the sales people are very helpful and friendly. They always seem slow but they tell me they are the top ranking store in sales, so they must be doing something right!

Splurged on a new Sleep Number bed after owning one for over 10 years. They are the best beds.

Be wary of this place and manager Rebecca. Hire an attorney to read every line of what you sign, as what she tells and promises you is not what will happen. Be very wary going to this store. Very very wary.
