I had my car detailed (Diamond) last week. (Chevy Equinox).I wanted to thank all of your staff. I needed to drop my car off the night before and Mark was at the desk. He came out to look at my car because I had 2 areas of concern that I was hoping could be address. He could not promise anything but said he would make the technician aware. Well those two areas were addressed and you would never know that there was an issue. I had some transfer paint from when someone came a little too close to my rear quarter panel and there was a spot on my passenger door that had what looked like paint chipped.I cannot thank you enough especially since you work on such high end vehicles and this was just a small SUV. This was a gift from my children as I was getting married that following weekend and I would be transporting all of the dresses to the venue. My car was immaculate.Again, the service and attention to detail was outstanding and I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

Hands down saved me when I was in a serious pinch. not only were they are to get the special order tires overnight, they installed and had it ready to go so I can get back to my normal routine without missing a beat. all other places nearby wanted a week or two to get me in. Would highly recommend their service and looking forward to getting my truck ceramic coated in the near future.

They quoted me a competitive price to install a set of performance springs and treated me very well during my appointment. They had me in and out at the promised times and did a great job with the installation. The car handles great and Im very pleased with the service and the facility. We have been using Toy Motorsports to store 2 work vehicles for a few years now - they have done an incredible job assisting with mechanical issues and taking care of our vehicles especially when we have no staff in the area. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Went in to have striping put onto my Mini Cooper. It came out great. They finished the job overnight and cleaned the car outside and in. Very nice job. Car looks great.

They wired in my escort radar detector to my 2021 audi TTRS, did a great job and washed my car too. Much cheaper than I expected. Took a while longer than I thought it would, but someone canceled and they let me know I could drop it off early. I would give 5 stars if I didnt bust my rim pulling in the driveway/road, although that isnt their fault.. a pot hole THAT big you cant see needs a warning sign or something!

The guys at Toy motorsports are fantastic to work with. They did the work on my car it came out perfect, they finished in less time then they stated it would take. They followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommend the team at Toy motorsports!

Terrible customer service, way overpriced, stored my car there and they did not even use the trickle charger my car was completely dead and when I tried to pick it up they told me it was going to be a Wait . I strongly do not recommend these people, have heard many many many nightmare story’s about them not standing behind there work

Absolutely terrible service the owner Marc mallegni is scum of the earth who rips everyone off, Despite advice from everyone not to go there I gave it a chance and it bit me in the behind . Completely ruined my cars electrical when trying to add in a subwoofer on my brand new car, caused an electrical fire and refused to own up for it and because it was aftermarket the dealer won’t honor the warranty, do not use these guys

Gave them multiple deposits for wheels I was going to get and I never received, currently going to court with these guys do not use they are scammers

Very unprofessional, very rude people, everyone I talked to says the same, very poor quality of work, swirled up my paint and sent my car out with worse paint then it went in with, I honestly don’t even think they tried to fix it, only made it worse,

First and last time using Toy Motorsport. I stored my car for the winter there, and asked to get my 4 side windows re-tinted during its stay. They offered a 10% discount on the tint since I was storing the car with them, not bad. I called 3 days in advance letting them know I was coming to get the car, the woman on the phone needed to check if that was possible which was my first red flag. She calls back 24 hours later saying they cannot start the car. I supplied a 5 amp trickle charger so I was rather confused why the battery was dead, and they claimed it was plugged in the entire time. As a master BMW technician myself, I told them to place the battery on a high amperage charger over night. They call back the next day and state the car still wont start, but we can sell you a battery if you like. Come to find out the battery was only at 5 volts (should be 12 volts), there is NO WAY my trickle charger was used. I said I will supply my own battery and could come right away, the woman on the phone said yes thats fine. I show up at their shop 30 minutes later and the technician says he cant install it today, he is far too busy. I ask to see the car, and the technician brings me to a dark and dusty room where the cars are stored. I immediately notice they are also not using the tire-saver ramps I supplied (designed to prevent flat spots). After 20 minutes of waiting and trying to reach the owner on the phone, the technician sees me visibly frustrated and says ok Ill just install the battery. 5 minutes later Im on my way. They did not offer to cover the battery cost, but they did void the charge for the tint - which by the way they only did the two front windows, and fairly poorly. Horrible customer service, was lied to multiple times, only plus side to this whole ordeal was my car left without any new scratches or damage. Customers be warned, not a good shop!

I went to get a remote starter and service was great! I love drop-off feature. I returned a year later to have them re-connect the wiring after changing my car battery & they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. I recommend them.

Great deal got my car starter on groupn took a few weeks to get it installed but that can be expected at Christmas time. Staff very helpful and nice. Car was ready on time. Quick and easy. A+

Went for a quick wash and it was worth it for a cold March morning. We got a deal on Groupon and had gone for a full details in February. It wasnt busy in the morning so you could just wait and drink coffee. Another lady came with her baby boy to fix something electronics (alarm?). They did it for her on the spot. We went at 9am and was out in 45 mins.

Poor quality products and worse customer service. I researched an Android Auto unit I wanted installed. After speaking to the owner he recommended a different unit with a distributor he used, he confirmed I would have all the same features and functional I requested and expected with the other unit so I agreed to go with his recommendation. After the install I was provided no instruction manual for the unit, no guidance for how to use it, and I was told they mostly do apple carplay so they dont know how it works and I would have to figure it out on my own. I immediately noticed the phone functionality echoed and they installed an obnoxious external microphone along the headliner which the other unit did not require. They told me they would look work with manufacturer and get me a manual and I should comeback so they can troubleshoot the echo. A day later I came back in and they werent able to fix it and I was told that I would need to talk to the owner, who isnt on site, if I wanted a refund. I contacted the owner multiple, he promised to meet me, then canceled on me stating he had other business meetings in boston and he would call me on his way home. Never heard from him. Tried to reschedule and he told me something along the lines of hes very busy running 5 businesses and would do his best. He finished the conversation with a condescending sounds good bud. Very unprofessional, very rude, and a very poorly run business. Would not work with them again or trust them to store my car, especially after the scratched my rear bumper doing the install awkwardly infront of another half disassembled car but if course they aggressively denied it. Hands down most unprofessional and poor experience. Will be following up with better business bureau next.

Do not use this company. On August 11, 2018 I gave them a fully refundable deposit on wheels and tires. After I gave them my deposit, they still have failed to respond to any of my e-mails or phone calls. I demanded my money back and still have not received a check from the owner, Marc Mallegni. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, money and aggravation, do not use this company.

Worst experience with this business! I originally asked them what the cost would be to replace a speaker in my car, they said it would be over $400 for a simple speaker replacement! I declined but wanted other work done so I scheduled an appointment with them over the phone and they reconfirmed via email. The appointment was for Saturday at 8:30am, and their business hours are 8:00 - 4:00 on Saturday, but when I showed up the shop was closed and no one was there! I called and no response, I emailed and no response, so I assumed they were running late. I waited an additional 20 minutes, outside in my car, until almost 9:00am and no one showed up and even opened the shop. I left another message that day and have yet to even receive a response, days later, explaining perhaps they had an emergency or to apologize to me for wasting my time. Avoid this place, it is clearly a poorly run business as evidenced by my experience as well as the others leaving reviews!

Got a Platinum detail package. The free “luxury” loaner car turned out to be an old Ford Focus from a rental agency which needed my credit card on file until Toy Motorsports did the billing paperwork. Turns out they never did so now I’m being charged for this “free luxury loaner car!” Multiple phone calls, emails and visits have gone ignored. Getting 2 stars only because the car did look good after the detail work was done, aside from the fast food wrapper someone left inside.I don’t know what happened to this place. Used to be reliable and professional and now it is definitely the opposite. Getting a refund for an overcharge/mistake should not take OVER 2 MONTHS.

They not only overcharged me for wheels and tires, but they still, after numerous demands have not returned to me my fully refundable deposit check. Also, once they got my deposit money, they failed to return any of my phone calls. I have had to file a lawsuit against them to get my deposit back.Before doing any business with them, do yourself a favor and look them up online. They have numerous complaints filed against them with the Attorney General’s Office as well as in Marlborough District Court.Warning, conduct business with Marc Mallegni, Toy Motor Sports LLC, and Toy Companies, Inc at your own peril. They should not be in business as they are the most unprofessional and dishonest businesses I have ever dealt with.

The guy at the desk was a jerk, sagged his pants and was leaning on my car as if he owned it. He was a pretty heavy dude too which worried me because his body was being supported by the paint I just touched up. He just chilled there and talked with the other guy actually working on it They showed zero concern for the condition of the car nor the customer. Overall a very unprofessional and unwelcoming place. I do not recommend anyone else place their trust with them. Especially the guy resting on the side/roof of my vehicle with his pants falling down and a hat on. 2 Stars cause the waiting room had a nice couch...

Had a Coke can erupt like a volcano in -1 degree temperatures and stain some fabrics in my carGuys took care of me for a higher price than I hoped for (truth of the matter is $50 bucks doesnt get you want it used to) but it was a 5 star clean
