We are so happy with our stair runner carpets from Post Road Carpet! The sales staff gave me lots of help picking out the right carpet for our two sets of stairs. And just like the sales staff, the installer was friendly, helpful and professional. The entire process went smoothly, and we are so happy with the results!

Walking into the store, you are immediately surrounded by top notch beautifully displayed products - in multiple rooms. You are asked to be seated at a round table where you begin discussing what you are looking for in flooring. Dawn was my sales person and not only is she the consummate professional, she listens well and works to find the right match that wont go over your budget. She partners with you, and because Post Road Carpet only sells the finest products, you cannot go wrong on your choice. I had to cover two floors and three staircases for a town house I had just purchased. Dawn carefully mapped out how each piece would be cut so I never had to pay for left over carpet. I highly recommend this store and my dealings with the other sales people were equally pleasant. Again, you cant go wrong! Finally, the installation was smooth, as scheduled and also professionally done. I had a crew of two and they worked nonstop until everything looked great! I am so grateful to all of the staff! These folks will give you what you need within your budget and their installers are equally professional Last carpet purchase I made at the BigBox across the street...not so much. Great place for carpet. Our salesperson, Dawn, is outstanding. She has helped with samples, finding the correct colors, and everything in between. Her knowledge and patience is appreciated! Install was fast and professional.

We needed to carpet our bedrooms. With a baby due in a few months, we needed this done ASAP so unfortunately chose this place because it had a couple of good reviews (where are the rest?!) Less than a year later, the carpets lifted up and created big ridges in both bedrooms. We also discovered (by accident) while we were waiting in a meeting room for our rep to come back, that they had written some derogatory words on our paperwork making fun of my husband’s disability. I guess that’s how they keep their customers straight. Do not get your carpet from these people!
