I wish I could give 10 stars!! Our edible arrangement was taken care of by the Boston Post Road East store in Marlborough. What a great experience! The person receiving our gift wasnt home when it was about to be delivered. The wonderful person from Edible Arrangements who was delivering the arrangement (Lori, who had called me to let me know she was almost there) offered to redeliver later that day. Lori was incredibly kind and helpful. When I called the store to speak to her manager (Tanya) to tell her how helpful Lori had been Tanya was super helpful as well! This store is awesome! Other places might have justifiably said well, its your fault for not checking if someone would be home or at least charged me to redeliver. Not this store. I wish every store could be as kind and helpful as these folks have been. Thanks Edible Arrangements Marlborough! :)

I received the best arrangement today! I was truly amazed at the freshness of all the fruits. So far nothing sour or soggy. Driver was so nice.. delivered chilled..just a great job! They even threw in a mini cheesecake for the occasion. Thank you!!

I ordered a platter for Valentine’s Day and went to pick it up curbside. The parking lot was extremely packed the Saturday before V day and there was no room when I entered to wait right outside the store, so I parked. I called to say I had arrived. Lori, who answered, picked up the phone and was so gruff and rude to me, asked my name and then hung up on me without saying goodbye or telling me the process. I called back to ask what the procedure was to curbside delivery - did they need to know what car I was in? She replied yes please tell me your car so I did and again hung up without saying goodbye. I waited another 5 minutes. I called a third time and told them I was still waiting for it and she said to me very frustrated well mam where are you?! Can you drive up to the front of the store?! I told her it would have been helpful for her to tell customers the first time they call to explain what the pick up process is because everyone does it differently. She got very upset at that feedback and hung up on me. I drove up and the man who gave me my order apologized and I told him to tell Lori that I will never buy their product again because of how she treated me. Then I go on to their website to see how I can provide feedback and notice their Certified Happines Commitment (they are missing an “s”) and clearly that commitment is lacking at this store. Customer service training is required for this woman at the VERY minimum, Edible Arrangements. Starting with teaching her how to answer a call politely and not sounding as if she’s being awakened from a nap and annoyed by the fact. In the meantime I won’t be shopping here anymore and prefer to give my money to places who actually appreciate my business - especially in a pandemic!
I am a doordash driver and once I entered the building nobody was there so I went back to my car to grab my phone and call the store to let them know I was there. the one employee who was there was so cold and aloof. when I went in to pick up the item she started creating an issue out of nothing. if there’s something you need to explain to me at least do it in a nice tone there was no reason to make it seem like there was conflict when there wasnt. Extremely rude customer service for no reason
Ordered a same delivery for an extra charge. The following day I noticed the order wasn’t delivered. I hadn’t received an email or call from the store. I placed a call to the store and was told the delivery driver didn’t take my order along with another ordered. When asked for more detail, I was told to call back and speak to Tanya in about 30 minutes. When I called back to speak to Tanya, she was completely combative and offered no apology. Her suggestion was to call corporate which seems counter productive to me. This is why it is so important to listen to the reviews of others.

Have used them for a while now, and people have had bad experiences in the past but I believe new management has a done a better job with customer service/solving delivery issues
I received an edible arrangement from the Marlborough location today and they did absolutely AMAZING ! I would highly recommend getting any platter from this location! Thank you for making my valentines day delicious !
My friend wasnt home when they tried to deliver, and she called them when she got home and they came back pretty quickly to deliver the arrangement. The picture she took looked great - looked like really fresh, nice fruit.
Edible Arrangements is a great company and great gift idea for any occasion. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with their customer service. Had put in an order for same day delivery and it wasnt able to be achieved. Called about it the next morning and an employee named Kayla was rude and hung up on me. When I called back and asked to speak with the manager she also claimed to be the manager and I told her thats fine I would call their corperate office, she laughed and hung up. So if you can use a different edible arrangements location I would recommend doing so.
I did NOT want to order from this store based on the bad reviews, so I called the Framingham store instead. However, because my delivery was scheduled for Westborough, the order was transferred to the Marlborough store. I placed an order to be delivered today and left the message that it could be left at the front desk if the recipient wasnt home. After business hours, I got an email, but never a phone call, to learn that delivery was unsuccessful and no further information. My aunt lost her husband of almost 60 years a few days ago and today is her birthday - my sisters and I wanted the delivery TODAY. I will be requesting my money back and never order through Edible Arrangements again and Ive been a customer a long time
Ordered 2 arrangements to be delivered from this Marlboro location, to 2 sisters in 2 different local towns on one day. One got delivered very late and one did not get delivered at all!! I called at 3 to check and they said oh it is out for delivery. At 9:30PM I got email, oh sorry did not make the delivery! Really angry as the whole idea was for both sisters to get delivery same day!! Customer service and manager have not been very helpful. I asked them to ask driver what happened. She said the driver said she didnt make it as she was busy. Really? not OK in my book! Fedex wold not be in business today if they were too busy to do their jobs! I now asked for credit on my order, will go elsewhere from now on!
Ordered a next day delivery for a party I am attending. Party is over and the arrangement never came by 5 pm. Called the main number several times-none were helpful. I paid $100 for this arrangement and I am embarassed to say the least.

Forces me to at least give one star, but they dont deserve it. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my grandmother for her 90th birthday, two days later it still hasnt arrived. Store claims to have attempted delivery but I seriously doubt it, its a 24hour care facility with people staffed 24/7. This could possibly be my last chance to send my grandmother a birthday gift and they FAILED! Thank you for nothing.
