Ive been a Staples fan since the early 80s when they were for businesses customers only. They always seem to have what Im looking for, and its usually fairly ez to find. Over the years theyve helped to keep me organized, with their folders, file cabinets, printers, paper, ink I could go on and on, but I wont bore you. See some of the products that I have bought there (pics below), and fully endorse, over they years. Needless to say Im very satisfied with their products.I would give them 5 stars if they were more organized in the special orders / printing & copy area. I had a really good experience in this department working with Abby, but when she was not there it was a bit of a fiasco trying to get something done. The other people in the department should be brought up to speed with the operations more. Other than that its a great store and most of the time the people are very friendly.

After waiting for over 10 minutes (while the cashier argued with someone on the phone about a cash register that was bought a year ago), the cashier then refused to accept the business $10 off certificate we received claiming it was for online only when it clearly says in store, the phone or online. This was a regular priced purchase over $10 and should have been able to been used. Very disappointed in this experience and I will never take the time to go out to the store location again. And people wonder why brick-and-mortar stores are failing.

Great visually appealing store with items always in stock. Plus the staff there is always so gosh darn helpful.. If theres an occasion where the item is temporarily out of stock the salesperson will contact another store and offer ship to store. Which is a lifesaver option...I dont have time out of my day to schlep back and forth for office products.Staples offers the convenience of hassle free shopping. I really like that option, and the store is always impressing me with uncluttered aisles and deep discounts..I highly recommend stopping by and saying hi to the friendly staff.😁

I am on a PTO board for an elementary school and was doing back to school shopping for all of our students, so big purchase. The manager Derek was extremely helpful, he assigned me a helper to grab boxes of supplies from out back. They helped me get the best deals for the school, I really appreciated the time they gave me. Excellent store with excellent service, I will be shopping there more!

Brittany Veiga is very professional. The kindest person! She went above and beyond to help my friend print things for her wedding. I will definitely come back to this Staples. Her attention and patience was much appreciated.

I just stoped into the Marlboro staples (20) and was helped by one of the most fabulous person. Her name is Abi. She was so friendlyand helpful i just cant believe it. Very energetic, smiling and efficient in her work. I would definitely come back to this store due to herThank you Abi.

Went in to drop off an old printer for recycling, Staples offer a good program for free electronic recycling. Stood in the store by the sales counter to only be ignored as the staff attended to other customers paying for goods who arrived after me. Made even worse when other members of staff walked by me and did not even offer to help. I just left the printer on the desk and walked out. I must have forgotten to take off my invisibility cloak this morning. Their customer service is the pits.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I’m getting married tomorrow and I created a guest chart seating Brittany veiga was so helpful and did everything to help us get it printed and labeled! Wow I am so beyond happy and satisfied with her work! Highly recommend this staples !!!!

The store was well-stocked and well organized. Many items were at discounted prices. There were many employees to assist patrons. I got exactly what I needed and was out of the store in ten minutes, despite the long line of customers waiting to pay.

The store associates are great, the store just looks like a hole in the wall. Everything just doesnt seem to be put in the right spot and its a very small staples store. Luckily the store associates are friendly and are always willing to help. This just isnt my go to staples.

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Website is HORRIBLE on so many levels. Store Associates are polite - but not too knowledgeable on stores products and services.The only positive thing is the Managers ALWAYS make it right -- and give a FULL refund on my orders, as I often have problems with my orders and their Tech Support Staff.

They had a good variety of products, some of them even on the shelves.

Price was already equal to Amazon, HP Ink program is an option I havent seen elsewhere, and Tola is an excellent sales person!

Associates are always friendly and very helpful! Store is neat and merchandise is easy to find.

Horrible services at printing center. Printer couldnt read my usb drive and then when staff decided to open the files in her computer i was not allowed to look at my files to decide what i needed to print. I was told i could use the computer by the printer and pay by the minute. Therefore, they didnt accommodate my service as their printer was not working properly. I waa not going to pay by the minute just to look at the names of my files. Will go back to printing at kinkos. Lack of costumer service

Nice, clean and well organized store with helpful enployees.

Just your typical Staples store. Its smaller than others in the area, so they dont always have as much inventory for electronics, etc. Some of the staff members are very helpful too.
