Most helpful, clean & friendly place! They always have a back up cashier if the line has more than two customers waiting. Fast checkout & the Pharmacy is very helpful & on time with orders filled. Its a great one stop store for most every day items. They are always well stocked & you can find lots of bargain items as well as one dollar items. I enjoy my trips here. Id give 10 stars if I could.

I love shopping here. Everyone is so nice and helpful with anything that I ask. Everyone is very curtous and it has become one of my favorite places to shop & exchange my propane tanks.Peter is the manager and he goes out of his way to help my family and I.

Pharmacist lied to me saying that my prescription wasnt sent to their store and sent me driving back and forth across town. This was confirmed by the other Walgreens in town printing out a receipt showing my prescription being under their care and then sent to the other store. Entirely unprofessional service.

The pharmacist was very rude to answer any questions. This was my worst experience ever in this location.

Honestly, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the store, the helpful employees, and the manager Peter I believe was his name, greeting customers at the door as I was leaving. Everyone was masked up and made for a safe and pleasant experience.Well done Walgreens.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. 7 customers lined up to a single register upon my arrival. I asked an employee for help with lip gloss, he misdirected me to high end lipstick. By the time I was at checkout, 6 people ahead of me in line. One cashier, two other staff standing around near register. I asked one of them if they could open another register. She said that only 1 register was working in the store. Meanwhile, the 3 staff members continued their conversation while just one of them ran the register. I wish I could report their names, but all wore a gray shirt and none of the 3 had name tags. Never again will I visit this location. Low quality service compared to the locations I visit in Framingham.

Excellent customer service

I have been using this particular store since they came to Marlborough. People there are professional, polite and friendly. I get all my prescriptions filled there. Always ready when they say it will be. I feel like they know and treat me like a member of their group.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. I have never been delayed so frequently with medications than I have been after filling prescriptions here. MONTH AFTER MONTH it is the same excuse oh theres a delay because were working it out with insurance. MONTH AFTER MONTH prescriptions get delayed. Do yourselves a favor and fill your prescription at CVS in Target right down the road.

Its Marlborough newer Walgreens and this one has a drive up window for the pharmacy.

Employees including manager usually have attitudes.

Very good friendly service, several different products.
