I love working with these guys. They are very fast, both with quotes and product delivery, and the quality is fantastic. I once used one of the big box stores, which delivered terrible quality, so I had MMP do the same order, and the difference in quality was absolutely night and day! Ive never looked back since. Upon requesting an updated card with new role information, there were 3 errors - despite providing and detailing all information needed. FIRST CORRECTION: incorrect fax number (no idea where this number came from). SECOND CORRECTION: my cellphone was not included - which I had initially asked for. THIRD CORRECTION: Fax was incorrect, yet again. Typo on the area code of the number.Despite errors, responses were very prompt and delivery was made very quickly.

I have been here twice now and both times I have left without using their services. Around February time in 2019 I required some photocopying and was told that they did not photocopy, perplexed that it was a print shop and they did not photocopy I left and went to the library. More recently I went in to get some paperwork printed out and was politely pointed to a sign which said there was a $5 minimum spend on doing this and was told it was because... Having to sit down at the PC to put the flash drive in and open the documents. I needed only 3 sheets of paperwork printing on 2 PDFs, so left again and took my business to the library.

They are reliable and timely. This time, however, they made one error that is annoying. Since i was changing my letterhead etc with a new address and direct telephone number, I assumed that they would use the new information on the pens. They did not.
