The check-out lines are sometimes really long due to staff shortages, but I love the items I’ve been able to find at this store. Really great deals on brand clothing, some even with the tag still on! I suggest visiting during non-peak hours to make the most of your time. Also, it’s a great place to donate your own used clothing.

This store is a real asset to Marlborough. Ive been to other Savers stores and I cant wait to get out. This one is well organized and the people are usually friendly. I make all the donations I can to this store, and buy whenever I see something I need.

You dont come to Savers for the ambiance or the customer service. You come to Savers to buy what you need at an affordable price. This store always delivers that.

Savers used to be an amazing place to shop for incredible deals. They are neat and organized so you can find exactly what you need. Unfortunately, they are permanently removing changing rooms and only allowing exchanges (no returns or store credit) within a two week period. I dont know who has time to shop two separate times in two weeks to find clothing that can be exchanged same day. Its not like you can simply grab a size up. Clothing that does not fit is inevitable with used clothing and not being able to return clothing is a huge waste of money. I am disappointed with this new policy and will no longer be shopping here.

Big selection, clean, and kind workers. Always find some good items there and for very reasonable prices, can easily get 3+ items for $10 or less.

I try and donate anything I can. This is one of my favorite places to go on a treasure hunt. Its my belief that you must give to receive...on that note, I like to donate before shopping. Plus Savers has a lot of promotions for a good cause. It feels good to donate--and spend money at a non profit. I met Carol, one of the managers, has a warm and inviting way about her customer service--making me a loyal customer for life.

Ive been to this store once before and shopped there because I got a 30% coupon after donating some things. I got some house stuff that day and the coupon made me pay even less. Awesome deal!Today I came back and I finally looked at all the clothes, one by one!! I have to say that I was impressed and couldnt believe that I was shopping there only after 4 years that Ive been to the USA.Earlier I had just left 2 other stores and was frustrated because I didnt find what I needed. At Savers I bought 7 pieces of clothes for so cheap. Everything I bought looks brand new! Man, it was a such a good deal! Ill always go back there for sure. The staff was helpful and adorable to me!

They always have amazing prices. I can never go in and not walk out with anything. Their childrens section and clothing Is very reasonably priced. And you can get designer purses for less than $20. I love this store One of my favorite

This store is variable. Lately it has been cluttered and messy, with shelved items just a jumble and the clothes on the racks packed so tightly that you cant flip through them. The first time I shopped at this store it was clean and neat and it was pleasant to shop there. Now Im not so eager to go there. Sometimes I think the prices might be a little high for some items.

I love this place. The staff are really nice and friendly. For a thrift store, it is super organized. The prices are so super cheap. If you sign up for the email list you can get dates where all of the clothes are 50% off, which happens about once a month. They have a frequent donator card, that will give you a discount aft you donate unwanted goods to them.My only suggestion is that the dressing rooms are super super dusty.

Well, Im personally not a fan of this store. Prices are very good but somethings just shouldnt be accepted by the store. Store set up is good customers shopping area is clean its kind of touch and go what you find.

Was nice and pleasantt to be there, however, the jewelry selection, was slim. Looking for silver and gold wedding bands.

I cant really find anything positive to say about my experience at this location.ALL the employees had Facial expressions that looked as though someone just insulted their Mother!!😠 Not a frequent customer of Savers, but Ive noticed many of their prices seem to be climbing closer to just shy of retail.

Turning away all media donations. I was surprised because I didnt think they could do that. And I was donating good kids books which sell well, especially right now. Guess Ill just put them out for free 🤷

Best thrift store ever!

Im always looking for housewares and furniture, and their selection is unfortunately lacking in these categories. However, the other factor in my bad review is that this Savers ALWAYS smells like people are smoking inside the store. Ive been here several times and its always the case. I think the employees are smoking in the back rather than outside.

Went there to make a clothes donation of winter jackets. The young lady that was there refused to take them because I didnt have them in a bag. She said we dont have any extra bags for those. Then she said in a condescending way its just tough luck for you.
