I have this pharmacy and it is excellent.i have used them for a year.no wonder they have been around for so long,excellent service/

I initially wrote a review in the heat of the moment and without actually speaking in-depth with my partner. That was not necessarily fair to Bouvier staff or my partner. I never actually gave anyone involved in the situation the time to discuss my concerns. Which after speaking to my partner was acknowledged and resolved as soon as she spoke to staff.All in all, there is a reason my partner has stuck with them for medical supplies all these years, and now the pharmacy. She really enjoys the staff and feels respected there. Thats also the reason she has continuously recommended and referred others to them. They have been good to her throughout the years. They are who she feels she can trust when it comes to these very important aspects of her daily life.

My mother was having breathing issues and due to the pandemic getting her new machine was going to take a few days. My brother had a machine but not the tubbing and a few other things that were needed to use his machine. My father called a few places and none of them would sell him these things unless they bought their machine. Bouvier Pharmacy was not like that. They had what we needed and the woman who helped was awesome!! Since then my mother has slept better having the oxygen. I highly recommend Bouvier Pharmacy!

You dont know how great this place is till you go to some other place. I am getting my supply form Bouvier from last 5 years. The things Bouvier do which many dont1. Friendly staff who will follow-up with you regularly for your supply needs.2. They will check your insurances and ensure the items they sending is covered so no surprise bills.3. Friendly staff who will happy meet you to ensure equipment fit and trials etc.

Bouvier Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacies around. Over the past 3 years there have been many employee turn overs. But this needed to be done so they could focus on there on customer service, filling prescriptions, medical equipment an delivering medications. Ive been with Bouvier for 20 years an I wouldnt go any where else. I think they do a great job.

I recently went to bouvier and had the most wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful. They were able to educate me on their products and helped me save over $100 on medical supplies. The pharmacy was really busy during the time i was there but the staff made me feel like I was just as important as the next customer.

Just got back from our first and only trip to this place. It seems counterintuitive to have one customer enter at a time for covid reasons, but then NONE OF THE PHARMACISTS WERE WEARING MASKS! I really wanted to support a local business. But it doesnt seem like they care.

Love Bouvier pharmacy and their pharmacist and staff! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile every time! I’ve used big chain pharmacies in the past and I’m so happy that I switched to Bouvier pharmacy!

Awful customer service and they said pharmacist thinks she is a doctor. They purposely would not fill a perscriptions because they didnt like the person after the person called the day before to make sure perscriptions was all set and they confirmed it was then when it was time to pick up she refused to fill it. When tried to transfer she refused. These are medications you cant just stop taking. She made up excuse after excuse. Horrible.horrible.service every time Ive been the pharmacist gives me a problem over something. Major control issues. Done going to this pharmacy!!!!

Worst customer service the short haired blonde pharmacist is so rude and trouble sum with making issues about perscriptions that she doesnt like to fill I ended up having to go to the e.r. To get a new script because the one they received via fax didnt have a header on it even the e.r. Staff thinks that is so ridiculous I think they should re staff that pharmacy and get people that are helpful in helping patients not making it hard for them to get the meds they need

Great pharmacy, with all of the big names crushing the local pharmacys it is great to have them around. They know you and your RXs. The only downfall is they are not open on Sundays.

Wonderful Pharmacy. They take their time and go above and beyond to help you.

Great people, huge selection of different drug store items.

They must change management, they used to be so polite and helpful before,and now what a difference.
