Well, when Theresa was manager let me tell you the service and atmosphere was completely different, the new manager is a different story, I have never experienced such bad service at kays in my life, I’m so disgusted and shocked at how rude and incompetent the new manager is, I repeated a a few times I just needed an inspection done, the attitude was horrendous, I had a few other rings that also just needed to be cleaned, one of which is a Tiffany ring, the ring is now ruined! I don’t know what she did to it, the ring is messed up now, I’m truthfully horrified by how badly run this store is and how bad the service is, stay away from this location if you can.

Why has my diamond ring broken again??Picked it up the day before Christmas wore it twice and the prong broke again? Really??Very expensive 25 year old diamond ring!Come on guys.By the way its a 5,000 dollar Diamond ring.

My fiance and I worked with Cara at this location in the Mall. We werent exactly sure what we wanted or how much we even wanted to spend, but Cara made the process seamless and showed us everything she thought we would like until we found the perfect one! She informed us of the financing and leasing options to help take advantage of the mothers day sale. She worked wicked hard with the leasing company to get us the best price possible. She was very dedicated, extremely patient, and had great customer service skills. We left that day with the perfect ring! Thank you Cara :)

This Kay location is great! If you are looking for jewelry, I highly recommend this store. Ask for Jen. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I trust her implicitly when I am shopping for new sparkles.

The staff that works here,are really amazing to be around. I felt welcomed,and they help me find the perfect item for my fiance. Open floor concept that helps you really find the item that you are looking for. I will continue to shop at this store due to the customer service they provided to me.

I’m extremely upset & disappointed in the lack of trust, customer service & satisfaction at this Kay Jewelers location. I’ve had my engagement ring for less than a year. I brought it in to this store for a routine inspection. The ring was in perfect shape! I decided to have them re-size my ring from an 8.5 to 7.5. They sent it out, it came back 4 weeks later... the same size (8.5) but the band was SOOO thin. Almost the size of a pin-point. & the 14K that was written on the band was gone. In addition, there were chipped diamonds and a big scratch on the center stone. I was never given an explanation as to why it happened, they just told me I brought it in like that.. WHAT!? I have paperwork stating from the inspection it was in perfect condition. So they sent the ring back to be repaired. They had to do a half shank, basically replacing the band and replaced the center stone & the chipped diamonds. 6 weeks go by & when I received my ring it seemed fine, to my eyes, besides the missing 14K (which I was assured by the manager that they would put on..but didn’t). Fast forward to my next inspection, I brought it to the Burlington location because I was so fed up with this store. The gentleman at this location told me there were multiple missing diamonds, an imperfect center stone & they had replaced my diamond with the lowest quality they had. I’ve called customer service multiple times, they offered to replace my damaged ring with a new one but turns out they don’t make this ring anymore. So my only option is to get a new ring, with the same value my fiancé paid. He got this 1 carat ring for a great sale price, now I am stuck looking at 1/4-1/2 carat rings that don’t even compare to the original. I’m so heart broken that my ring keeps falling apart & I have to keep sending it in for repairs constantly. It’s not even a year old and it’s like so fragile. I don’t know what they did to it but it has been destroyed & im left to deal with this mess.
