I have been wearing the same pair of leather Doc Martens to work for about two years now. Lets just say they definitely lost a lot of their luster! Brought them in to Arthur & Sons for a good old cleaning and shine. What a wonderful experience! These Docs have not looked like this lovely in a very long time. In fact, I would say they shine even more now than when I first bought them! Will definitely be back again. Thank you so much, Roman! :)
I brought my dogs leather leash here to be repaired as the clip had broken and I needed a new one. Roman was able to advise me on what type of clip to get as a replacement and was able to fix the leash while I waited. I thought the prices were reasonable and will definitely come again!

Got a shoe polish while I waited. Worst polish I have ever had! Worse yet, gentleman working there CONSISTENTLY cut me off when I tried to reason with him to blend in the color he ACTUALLY said I dont listen. SERIOUSLY!? Ill have to look for another place or stick with theairports and conference centers where I usually go. Steer clear of this nonsense. UPDATE: After such a bad job I was frustrated enough to go get my own shine kit. See pic of the DIY outcome. I shouldnt have had to deal with this when I paid for a shine but needed to get done.
Roman did such a great job with my boot zipper and also took a lot of time with me to explain exactly what the problem was and how hed fix it. He even bettered his estimate on how long it would take him and called me before the pick up date to let me know it was done. Very personable and knowledgeable!
I had bought a really cool pair of boots for my high-schooler- he tried them on, loved them, and then put them in his room. Within ten minutes, one of our English setters had chewed a strap and damaged it more than slightly. I had heard about Arthur & Sons from a friend, and asked them to take a look and see what they could do. They came up with a creative solution that works great and conceals the damage! The work was done quickly, and I paid a fair price. My son is thrilled. I highly recommend Arthur & Sons shoe repair.

Recently I brought two pairs of shoes to Arthur and Sons. One had a large oil stain on the front that would not disappear, and the other was in bad repair. The team at Arthur and Sons did an amazing job and restored both shoes to their original condition. Great results and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
I brought my pair of red wings to re stitch the back of the boots, not only did they do a great job at a fraction of the cost of everyone else. But he also gave me some knowledge about purchasing red wings “made in vietnam” vs “made in USA”. Will definitely be coming back !

Very rude! I simply called to ask for pricing to fix a small zipper on one of my boots he said it was going to cost $80. I then replayed “really that much just for one small zipper? I didn’t even pay $80 for the boots” he then said in a mean manner, well maybe you shouldn’t repair your shoe then. Very rude I will never go here.
They did a great job putting new heels on my favorite boots! I go to them for all my shoe repairs and have always been happy with their work.
Never been here but just buy a phone call he sounded rude, I do not recommend at all. Plus the website says they close at 6 he tells me they close at 5.
I dropped off boots with straps and a few metal buckles and my husbands shoes. Both were getting polished and they were resoling the boots. I am disappointed in the color match of each polish job. The boots have this raspberry brown on them which is not what they were when I dropped them off. The mens shoe brown is off too. The boots were returned with polish stains on the boot buckles and not polished under all the straps. Additionally, when I dropped them off I asked about a small spot of sap and they said it could be addressed but they just polished over it. I can still feel/see the slightly raised surface. $75 for the boots was an investment and to me they definitely dont seem good as new as I was promised. Ill be trying another shoe repair place next time. Additionally, they did not open until 9:30am as others have noted.
There is no greater feeling than being on the receiving end of great, genuine service. And Roman delivered it in spades. Despite me entering his shop minutes before closing, he resolved my shoe needs with patience, and expertise. He absolutely knows his stuff, and most importantly, hes a really cool guy! Brought in 2 pair of boots with heels that needed repair as the bands of leather were becoming unglued and there were chips. They made me pay $20 per pair upfront. I wish I had asked exactly what they were going to do to fix them as they just applied glue and used a black marker to fix the heel. I could have done this repair myself. I was looking for a professional job. Owner told me that no one rewraps heels anymore. This is all they do. Buyer beware. Pictures are of the heels of the boots that I just picked up (not even worn yet)
The heel of my husband’s shoe needed to be repaired and now it looks like brand new again. They cleaned up his shoes too before we went to get them and they looked like we’d just bought them. Highly recommend going here for any shoe repair needs!

I recently had several pairs of boots and shoes fixed here and very pleased with the results, especially with the way they did my leather shoes which were falling apart inside. I think pricing was reasonable too. Parking was always available every time I came there which was important to me.I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.
Dont waste your money!!I brought my husband working boots to fix the zipper I paid $35 after 2 weeks the zipper broke again. I went back the guy told me I had no warranty because the business wasnt a store. If I want the zipper change I had to pay $55Horrible customer service and I lost $35 and the boots.Never again!!!
They are not inexpensive, but the repair materials used are quality and work excellent. Very pleased and will use them to repair anything leather I really care about.

Im always happy with the work and the price but they never ever open on time. I always try to drop my shoes off before work but they are never on time.
The service is great and so are the prices. They have put heels and soles on all my good shoes and have done a fantastic job. It is very difficult to find someone to repair expensive/designer shoes and to do it well. At Arthur and Sons Shoe Repair, they have exceeded my expectations. They have repaired all my designer shoes - Prada, Yves Saint Laurent, Ferragamo, Manolo Blanik, Stuart Weitzman and even my red soled Christian Louboutins. I feel confident that they will always do a great job.
