Ridiculously overpriced. $7 for a tiny scoop of ice cream with sprinkles is outrageous. Also, they have a classist and discriminatory “no cash” rule. I understand wanting to be safe during a pandemic but there are homeless people/people who are not fortunate enough to have a bank account and only have cash. The employees were friendly and helpful, I understand that they can’t help the corporate rules but the company should be ashamed of themselves for putting this ignorant rule in place.
Awesome ice-cream! Love me some Ben and Jerrys!
We were eagerly waiting for them to open but they opened late due to Covid. However, after a long wait when they opened, read some bad reviews on a Facebook group about their pricing and people preferring to go to local ice cream shops, we have our local favs too. So we didn’t bother to visit. But then we visited the store the other day and was impressed by the interior and their friendly staffs. I’m giving it a 5 star for that, but I might not be a frequenter here as I am at the local ones because of Ben&Jerry’s price.
Great ice cream as usual, but prices absolutely ridiculous. Two “large” ice creams equivalent to a baby cup at most places, but cost $16. Better off just going to grocery store and buying a pint.
Honestly, I rather pick up a pint and some cones at the store because it was the same flavors but at a higher cost. Service was quick and pleasant. The ice cream was great as always.
By far the best flavor is the marshmallow! I wish they sold it in the grocery store!
Great service, but the ice cream is not good like it used to be.
They made a custom ice cream sandwich and were very nice as well as open late couldnt ask for more
I walked to this Ben & Jerrys from my hotel. There was no sign on the door indicating that there was no dine in, and the lady working there didnt tell me either before I ordered a 9 dollar sundae. Then I put my sundae on a counter by the window and took my mask off expecting to eat. The lady said please keep your mask on when in the store. I asked, i cant eat it here? She said no, sorry. Mind you, nobody else was in the store. So i had to eat it outside in the freezing cold. The sundae itself was extremely bad. Stale cookies, not warm, cold hot fudge sauce. Even the topping tasted old. Please do better.
Nice staff but very disappointed that the bathrooms are closed. At this point in the pandemic, I find it ridiculous that my child was not able to use a bathroom when needed. Will not be returning.
You cant go wrong with a Ben & Jerrys!
It was ice cream. The experience was okay. The service was efficient and friendly enough. The fudge on our Hot Fudge sundaes was not hot, it wasnt even warm. It was terrible. I didnt feel comfortable with the staff enough to go back in an complain about the fudge. So, I just threw it away. I dont think we will go to this location again.
Ok so I must tell you this story! Today was my sons 17th birthday he is currently living at a residential inpatient facility and he really wanted the vegan peanut butter and cookies pint of ice cream. We were having his birthday party at noon, so we had to have everything ready by noon. I went to several different stores couldnt find the kind he wanted. I went to Ben and Jerrys to grab it quick and OMG they were closed!!! I panicked, until I saw a man sitting inside, I went over to the door and he opened the door, I told him my story and he said say no more welcomed me into the store and GIFTED me the ice cream for my sons birthday!!!!! Turns out he was the owner and I cannot yhank him enough for what he did for my son to have a happy birthday!!! Thank you again Ben and Jerrys!!!!!!
Ice cream was good, but over priced . $21.60 for 3 small cones .
Friendly service and delicious ice cream. A wonderful addition to Marlborough.
