Used this location the print some docs for a meeting. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Balanced my needs with a few other customers at the same time as business was brisk. Great service, definitely recommend this location

I buy rugs from at least half a dozen auction houses all over the country every week. As I use UPS for my businesses shipping, I often use the local UPS store near the auction house. In all my time doing this I was never astonished by such a quote to ship a 6x4 rug which this store quoted me: $165 FOR HANDLING ONLY NOT EVEN INCLUDING SHIPPING! Use the local Pakmail and avoid these price gougers. Pakmail charges $55 for the SAME EXACT SERVICE!

Dave and Trish were incredibly helpful today. They saved me a total of $1500 by cutting down our box that I had to ship to Australia. Let alone this took up to 30 minutes out of their day and they made me feel very comfortable. They even taught me some tricks throughout the process. If you need to ship something out I would 100% recommend coming to this UPS store. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I usually bring my packages down and its very ez to get them shipped. I have had a bunch of returns to Amazon and have never had a problem. Id give them 5 stars, but there was a day I went down, stopped right in front of the building and ran up to the door. Just as I getting to the door the woman inside was locking it. I read the sign and I was 5 minutes late, and I wouldnt expect them to let me in. What I would expect is a wave or a smile and point to her watch, or something, but no she just turned her back on me and walked away. I also wouldnt expect them to recognize me, but just common courtesy would have been nice. Other than that they are very efficient.

They are nice so dont want to give them less than 5 stars but I wouldnt recommend bringing an awkwardly shaped package here.They couldnt have measured my package any more conservatively...cost $110 to ship...took it next door and shipped (a faster method) for less than half that price.

I have been using UPS for years, shipping tens of thousands worth of merchandise through them, and never once have I had an issue. I exclusively use the Smithfield, RI branch, but I was in the neighborhood and decided to drop off four packages at this branch. Two packages going to one location, two packages going to another. This was on July 9th at 3:10pm per their receipt. The gentleman who scanned in my product obviously forgot to scan one of the four packages, and of course the one box that had $1,500 worth of merchandise vanished. I dont for two seconds think it was stolen. It was obviously a bonehead mistake, but Im the one thats out 1500 bucks. After calling this location I got the all packages make it on the truck at the end of the night, call UPS corporate response, and as you guessed it UPS corporate is also useless. How about look at your security camera, pull up July 9th at that precise time, and figure out where my fourth package is. After my 5th call and getting nowhere with UPS, I moved all my business to FedEx. Absolute lack of accountability. At the end of the day UPS was the last set of hands to touch this package, I didnt lose it, you did.

Great store, you can rely on them to have your items picked up and packed securely. I used their services to arrange a shipment in the area, they have arranged the picked up in a short amount of time and did a great job with the packing, at a reasonable rate. Everything inside the box was very well secured, every single component was wrapped to prevent any sort of damage during shipment. The staff was very professional, kept me up-to date on everything and always responded to my emails promptly.

All of the staff at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. Any question that I asked was met promptly with a very helpful answer. Walking into this store, you are greeted with great customer service and you are in and out in just minutes. There is no store that I trust more with all of my important holiday gifts this season. I will be going there from now on with all of my shipping needs. 10/10!

Great mailbox forwarding for 1 1/2 years! I had used the Marlborough store for shipping in the past, and they were close to my home at the time, so I went to them before I went on my retirement “walk-about” for the next year plus. I changed all my addresses to the UPS address. I would email or call them with a forwarding address every 1-2 months, and they would forward my mail as fast or economical as I needed. Thank You!

Wish there is a no star option, Owner is so rude and is charging $10 for a page to notarize, when I asked why he is charging almost 500% more than the last time I was there he casually said” we have to survive, did I mention he was charging me $3 to print stuff from his computer I printed in Staples for $0.15 ..... How wicked can we be to one another

I went to this store in August to ship a piece of artwork to a gallery in North Carolina. Instead of sending it there, the store mislabeled my box and it went to a Comcast distribution center in NJ. After 2 months of trying to locate the package (I was never contacted by the Marlborough UPS Store staff and had to do all the follow-up myself), I was offered a settlement far below the value of my artwork.If you have something important and/or valuable to ship, I suggest you use USPS or FedEx. I will never take anything to UPS again.

Ive always enjoyed the benefits of utilizing this UPS Store location for my business package needs. And since the new owners (Dave and Trish) have arrived, this place has become much more than a stop for my packages. It has become a place I look forward to visiting every day, to have a pleasant chat with the owners, or spend a moment meeting other customers. This store is amazing. The recent new owners of this UPS store have taken their customer service to a new high level when it comes to long distance shipping of absentee auction items. Our company recently purchased several items from Skinner Auctioneers in Boston and needed someone we could trust to pick these items up for us, package them up with uber extra TLC since they were delicate, and get them to us at a competitive price that we could afford. Under new ownership! Great, friendly customer service. I was shipping a box to CA, told them the inside box is much smaller than the outside. Initially it was supposed to be $22 shipping, they suggest to shrink the outside box size, so they cut the box, and customized it to be smaller and the new shipping cost was $12. They saved me an extra $10 which would have been wasted. Throughout the transaction we were joking, talking football etc.. Real nice experience! Give them a shot!

I had been here for notary service... They charge $5 per page for notary while other UPS stores charge $1.25 . 3x times more than other stores. Be careful when you avail the notary service here.
