I had called sbout an item to see if it was in stock as I was an hour away. They had only 1 left. They held the item for me. Awesome and friendly staff.

Hate to give Orvis only 3 stars but I must pass this on. Put a $400 order in . One was a Wool ball cap for $69. Now sounds stupid but I will pay for Quality.When I got cap it looked Used . I put a black Light (If you dont have one suggest you get one ) on it and it showed obvious signs of Sweat ! Disgusting ! I called and they said throw it out and they will send a new one or full credit . I took the credit .I understand business, but Guys, or gals, at these prices no used !

Great place for fly fishing supplies in South Jersey. They have a reasonable selection. Maggie at the store was great.

Orvis has good clothing for men and women. Good thing about this store is the large fishing gear section. If your a fishmen stop in. Lots to see.

Haverford store is the best.Marlon NJ store is no longer. Store has been closed down. Dont trust the Google search. Says its open but the store is empty and the signs are off of the fascade.

Finally got to the store to pick up some items on hold for a trip and while the items were waiting no one really helped me theybsemd involved with other things they were doing . One person called me a shopaholic .... how insulting !!!! I just needed somethings for my trip ..of course now I’m at the airport and the hat was the wrong size of what should have been On hold !!I dropped quote a bit of loot there and unfortunately don’t feel good about it and now I have a hat I can’t use really disturbing
