Ive been to this Gamestop a number of times over several years. Its always clean and well-lit with attractive displays, and the staff have always been courteous and helpful in any way they can. One of the nicest Gamestops Ive been to, hands down.

The store manager helped me pick out the perfect Switch case/ screen protector combo pack! This thing is awesome. Thanks guys for always being so helpful!

Clean environment during the pandemic, had what I needed and was considerate. Its a smaller gamestop, but Im from Grand Blanc (south eastern part of MI) and everything worked with the rewards program, orders, it was a good experience.

Biggest issue is with corporate moving away from the older Gameboy games, but otherwise a great place for games and swag. #wallstreetbets

Found alot of the games they are selling used, online, new for same price. Not a great selection compared to other locations I have visited.

The store was pretty empty and the prices are high even for used stuff

The manager Brian is always polite and helpful, very easy to have a conversation with. Sometimes the employees are duds, but it all depends on what time of year you are in there and who has been hired or quit. Overall pretty decent!

The guy working at GameStop last night was very helpful. My days of playing games are in the past so I am kind of out of it ....but he was very helpful giving us info on different games.

Are you awesome at math? You buy a 60 dollar game and a month later they buy it back for 7 dollars and then sell it used for 55 bucks. So they make 108 dollars on the same game. Fun.

I like Game Stop for their trade in deals, which saves me a lot of money. The staff is pretty much always friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because more than once they have had an empty box product on the shelf and when I ask to purchase one they are out of stock and they dont think theyre getting any more.

Good game store to buy from but has the worst sell to prices Ive ever seen, unless your game or whatever it is your selling is brand new your not going to get much for whatever your selling. If theyd give better prices for selling then Id be giving them 5 stars.

Its a GameStop, and generally Im not a fan, but theyve got very friendly staff. Thats all you could ever ask for out of a GameStop and you absolutely get it. So when youre feeling like grabbing a few cheap used games, stop on by and you wont feel too ripped off.

The staff are always helpful and friendly, the stores always clean and its a welcoming environment. The game collection can be a hit or miss on certain items, buy they typically have all the newer games.

While a small store, this GameStop has everything you would need for your modern console and handheld gaming needs. The Store Manager, Bryan, is wonderful and he and his staff are always willing to lend a friendly hand to anyone whom comes through the door.

Typical environment concerning Gamestop, they dont have many of the more obscure games, opting to tell you they can order it online for you, missing the point entirely in the process for coming in store. Usually you can buy these online for cheaper elsewhere. The store manager is a nice guy but hes just so overwhelming while youre trying to browse, its like having a car salesman hovering over top of you, makes it a rather uncomfortable experience. Im not going to fault him for this, but if youre like me be wary. I would say hes great for helping people who are clueless. Rest of the staff are great, they know their stuff and are right to the point.Great place for parents to go for Christmas and Birthday gifts.

Always a very friendly and helpful staff there that is very knowledgeable about everything they sell in the store. I love going there even just to look at what they have new and sales.

I was told that i would receive my NASCAR Heat evolution game the day it releases. When the day came there is no game so i call customer support and couldnt understand her but she told me i wont receive it for a few more days so i wasted a lot of money o recieve this item to not recieve it
