They had a rewards program for shopping there depending on how much you spend you get 20% discounts, they were giving people too good of a deal they thought so they killed the program and now its based on how many times you shop there. The money we spend at this store does nothing for our community, they get things for free and then pocket all the money. The only Good Will here is the money going to the owners bank account.
O.K. this is the dumbest thing Ive ever learned. if you donate certain items to Goodwill they actually charge you to donate you own items. so you buy your stuff and try to give it away for free so people in need can have and they say no pay me to donate your stuff. Whats so good about goodwill? charging you for that goodwill. Now thats goodwill right. WRONG.
Great Store Great Place To Buy Swim Trunks Well Done
Neat, organized,& clean. Always a great treasure hunt.
Nice thrift store.
Clean place very friendly people good service
Very nice Policy... Fitting Rooms closed until November, Probably... Yet if you save your receipt, & keep the tags on the clothes, you may exchange any item for the clothing; including non clothing items U may want to buy....
Very good selection of stuff
Not very organized.. hard to find the right sizes! But was pretty clean and I felt comfortable there.
Felt dirty in appearance. Saw staff working the floor. Very pleased with communicating
Lots of chaos at this location. Seems like they sort of have a layout of where things should go, but at the same time things are just randomly placed wherever in the store. Normally Id blame this on lazy customers just dropping thing here or there, but this was large groups of items, that clearly belong in a different area, neatly arranged in an area that has nothing to do with this group of particular items. The store was just difficult to shop, due to the chaos of random item placement.
Friendly service and some good deals.
I was so glad when they reopened best resale shop ever
Found a fun book about the UP. just what I wanted!!!!!
Over priced donated items.... A disgrace to the American people to over charge for items that are donated and most the profit goes into the pockets of the CEO or other corporate employees.... Shame shame shame
Some of the most amazing staff ever!!!
They have redone the interior of the store. The space between aisles is wider, which is nice. It seems that the books, movies and dishes are gone through more often so that what is available remains more current. We were able to find what we were looking for fairly quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Decent selection. Employees are very helpful. Id rate it higher, but I dont like the corporate policies
Their mission and how they help local communities is great. Most of the time, you can score pretty good deals there. They rotate their stock continually through the day so if they dont have what youre looking for, keep checking back, theyll have it eventually.
Prices are much too high for clothes with dog hair.
Real nice, clean, organized, friendly staff. Hits all the good things. (Prices arent what they use to be, but thats always a corporate thing.)
Customer service is amazing, very friendly
I always wind a good deal or a little gem here they also employ a lot of disabled persons great place!
Good, friendly service. Reasonable prices. No senior, military, or student discounts except when advertised. No rewards program.
Absolutely love this Goodwill. I always find loads of clothes and shoes whenever I go.. maybe even a little too much.
I Love what they do to help those with disabilities. I cannot believe the over priced items . You could buy new, on sale items for the same price if not lower. The store smells funny.
Fun to shop here.
This is a huge store. Its clean, organized, and most of the prices are good. They get a little too excited about some stuff though.
Love to shop second hand. Goodwill in general has some good finds but if youre a savvy shopper you know that a lot of the time the prices they are asking are MSRP for the item brand new which A. They rarely are and B. Even if I was lucky enough to find a new item I dont expect to pay full price at a thrift store. Then they always want you to donate your change to their training program. I will if its less than 50 cents or I dont have the change. I have no problem helping people but... goodwill can afford to pay their execs well so they can find money somewhere for their program. Lastly, I typically dont have an issue needing to return items (I know Im getting them 2nd hand that theres a risk involved). That being said I swear they change the policy at least 2x per year... Will still shop goodwill but they certainly dont deserve 5 stars.
I work for them really like the store.
The last time we went there, the store was dimly lit (more than half the overhead lights were burned out) and very disorganized. Most of the prices on the items are much higher than I would have expected from a consignment shop. On the plus side, the staff was helpful.
The price is right...thrift shopping is fun!
I really like this Goodwill, they are friendlier and extremely accommodating compared to the ones down state
Good and friendly employees prices are high still good stuff to buy.
I had a cashier that was rude!!!.
Prices are higher then say Vinnies, but you can find some really bizarre and cool items. Like the artificial leg I found on sale for three dollars! I kid you not!
Fun place for an inexpensive wardrobe change. The staff is super friendly.😀
Nice selection of stuff. I buy work shirts and hoodies here and they always have something that catches my eye.
Its goodwill, as you might expectDecently clean but not often new items.
If you happen to get something defective like two gloves for one hand, they wont refund your money even if its 5 minutes later. They give you an in-store refund that has to be used the same day. So if you cant find anything else you want, youre out of luck.
Great selection, had a lot of fun in here.I still regret not buying these golden weighted deer decorations.
Pretty clean. Pretty well organized for a goodwill!
Friendly clerk and good buy on slacks 👍
Employees are polite, very well laid out store
They have a good variety of things
One cashier never called for back up had to wait half hour
Lots of clothes, and some home good items.
Very expressive for mostly second hand
Friendly staff but not the best selection I have seen.
Very expensive! I cannot believe how high the prices are for things that are donated.
Manager Joan does not honor sale prices and wont make it right. Beware!
Got some good deals on their 50% off sale otherwise kind of high priced.
Clean store but the organization of the store needs some attention.
Nice and clean store with a lot to choose from
Bought 6 pants at a wonderful price
Things were marked to high. A little Tonka dump truck that fits in your hand that I bought for one of my grand kids just a few years ago was marked $7.99.
Always something new
Ok store a little priceie
Lots of items nice people
Everything is apparently always half off there. Lots of items. Friendly staff... Once you manage to find someone other than the cashier.
Its Good will. Just what you would think
Goodwill is not really a thrift store anymore. Prices are rather high.
Great place to find a bargain
Big selection of clothes and stuff.
Great sale today
Goodwill is not a thrift store they sell used clothing at Walmart prices
Small place not a lot of stuff.
Prices are quite high for donated goods.
Great as always!
Great buys and choices
It haves everything and you get lost in there looking for things
Pretty great in terms of Goodwill
Love it
Friendly staff high prices.
Terrible management
Marquette way too high on a lot of items
Very clean and friendly
Very not clean....
Dirty, rude employees.
