Lori was so sweet to me! She made sure to double tape all my packages, and make sure I wasnt wasting any money with sending items in too large of boxes. She was so down to earth and helpful. Something I did not receive at Ups and I will forever be going here to ship all my packages. Thanks for Making my experience great and I will be back! 10/10 recommend.

The best place in town for your shipping needs. Small and large packages shipped anywhere. They also sell stamps so I can avoid parking downtown just to buy stamps from the post office.

Laurie is a very kind hardworking lady. She went out of her way to solve my label issue. She has a great little shop thats not like FedEx or UPS.

I’m not sure what was up, but I tried to ship a package USPS that I also needed to include return postage for. It was a very confusing interaction and I ended up so uncomfortable that I paid for the label and box she’d already printed/used and left to go to the post office the next day. Turns out I didn’t need the box she insisted I needed, and they can’t actually provide a return label she was also going to sell me. Since USPS can’t give me a return label (I’d need to send stamps) I doubt the label she was going to print/charge me for would work and I wouldn’t get my package back. She also printed up the initial label in an order different than what I requested and insisted it couldn’t be changed (maybe it couldn’t at that point, but I wish she’d checked with me before I was on the hook for paying for a label I’m not going to use). The whole thing felt very pushy and set up like a ride I couldn’t get off of, but I’m glad I did get off before I left my package to be shipped.

I walked in there to ship a UPS package today. As I walk up I ask if she has filling and instead of a professional reply the lady says Im not shipping that because I had a USPS box. I said ok then I can drop it off in a box somewhere. So then I asked for her prices on filling. And said Sorry I dont have enough Then as I went to collect my stuff she replied with Im here to do buisness sooooorrry In a very ignorant manner. Go to the UPS shop by Target. They were so much more respectful.
