Pharmacist did not listen

Its mediocre the customer service is not top notch. And it takes forever to get your prescription filled. This is what Ive been told this is what I experienced and thats why I no longer use Walmart Pharmacy for my prescriptions.

Stopped in yesterday morning order my meds came back this afternoon to pick them up and they still werent done over 24 hours later ended up waiting for over another hour for them to be filled then 2 of the 6 werent even in the bag and they said it was to early to fill and they were actually due to be filled yesterday and being these are for blood pressure and blood sugar they should be more careful now I will have to make another trip into town to have them filled . Im done with Walmart pharmacy they are completely useless and seem to think prompt and accurate service doesnt matter from now on Im going back to Snyders pharmacy or Walgreens Walmart isnt worth the hassle.

I use the auto refill and got a text TWO days ago saying my prescriptions were ready. Finally had a chance to pick up and told they arent done yet and Ill have to wait. Its all a joke here anymore. This is the third time. They dont autofill the . Just wait for you to come in defeating the whole purpose.

Decent. Staff are kind and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive.

Gerald, I am hoping you are a third grader because your spelling and grammar is atrocious! That hurt my brain just reading that. But hes right, at times they can be rude and are usually way off on their times and you do end up having to wait around. There is a solution to that however, call a head of time (if you can) and it will be ready.

They never have my meds i need. Always waiting for them to order them.
