Abbey, Ciara, Ava, Jack are THE BOMB . Never would I expect to leave a review for a shipping company- but! These guys deserve it! I come in with a mess of things more often than I’d like to admit and they are sweet, helpful, and patient every single time! I actually leave in a better mood than I came in, how is it possible, I don’t know!? Thank you guys!

My husband & I had to send out notarized paperwork by 5:45pm yesterday, after receiving it just a few hours earlier. Abby and Ava not only helped us print, notarize, ship, and scan these important documents quickly but juggled our needs with the many other customers who came into the location right before closing. They were kind, courteous, and went above and beyond in helping every single person who came through the door - all with a smile! I will absolutely be returning to this location for all of my printing & shipping needs.

I came in the store today at 5pm as a first time customer. I wanted to return one small package. I had the shipping label ready on my phone to be printed off at the store because I don’t own a printer. As I set the bag on the counter, the clerk was immediately upset that I didn’t have my return shipping label on the package. She berated and insulted me before I even got a chance to ask her if she could print it out for me. I was so shocked and hurt by the woman’s attitude with me, that I left the store and went home. Now I don’t feel comfortable using their services, that was my first time using this location here in Marquette and it’s my last.

Sure post more like sure (as in sarcasm) post. Multiple transfer to USPS for delivery fails. Today I was scheduled to receive a very important package and went through all sorts of craziness to attempt to locate it only to find out someone there decided not to transfer it like sure post is supposed to and to keep it there over the weekend for POSSIBLE delivery Monday. Nobody could tell me why or when my things will actually come. Nobody available at local office as apparently its closed today. I am not impressed.

A store where you’re greeted with a smile from helpful and efficient staff. We have a mailbox at the UPS store, so we’re frequent customers. We’re amazed at how even during the busy holiday season, the UPS staff is able to effectively multitask in a positive and friendly manner. And they have a great supply of shipping products that have always met our needs. Wish there were more stores around that had an organized easy to access inventory of needed products, with staff who are friendly and seem glad to help in any way they can. Thanks UPS

I come here to pick up parts two-three times a month. ALL staff I have interacted with gave excellent customer service. This goes back three-plus years. Hats off to this staff.

Just had to send a return I bought from Amazon. Guy named Jack basically took over everything I needed and gave me a receipt three minutes later. Talk about awesome customer service. Excellent!

Had some real issues with this UPS location. We travel and UPS stores all the time at different locations throughout the USA to get mail delivered. I called the prior week of us getting into town to confirm I could have packages sent. I talked with a male who told me yes, I could get packages sent and it would be a $5.00 fee to pick them up. Which is normal. I am used to paying that per package. I confirmed the store shipping address and confirmed I could have UPS, FedEx and USPS all sent. I was told yes; I can have everything sent no problem. I received me 1st call the following week letting me know my package was ready for pickup and it would be $10.00. I asked why since I was told $5.00 and that’s all I have ever paid with any other UPS location. I was told they go off weight and size. None of that was disclosed when I called the prior week! What choice do I have now they have my package I had to pay the $10.00 but felt I should not have since that’s not what I was told. One of my other packages I had sent was a access point. (It’s a program the UPS offers. They send the package to another UPS location that’s part of the program and I do not pay a fee to pick it up.) The cashier was trying to charge me a $10.00 fee to pick that one up also. They acted like they had no clue what an access point location was and how to now handle me getting my box without paying the $10.00 fee. After some confusion and calling the manager they got it worked out and did not charge me. They made us fill out paperwork which me and my husband have never done. They said it was to have on file if we have anything else sent?? They needed copies of our Driver’s license for the paperwork. I usually just show my license to show its me picking up the mail addressed to me.Was very annoyed how I was charged more than I was told and the little bit of a cluster with the access point pick up and how it seemed I did something wrong by sending it that way. I had one more package to arrive the following day. When I checked my shipping history, I noticed the UPS store refused my USPS package. Again, I had confirmed this before sending it. When I called to ask why it was refused, they said they cannot except USPS mail since I did not have a mailbox with them. Again, not what I was told. Never have had a problem at any other UPS Store to get USPS mail sent for me to pick up. I was told by the manager I would have needed to fill out a special form for them to receive the mail for me. Find it very frustrating you get told one thing and then something else happens and it’s not there problem now it yours! I will never use this location again and if you travel and need to receive mail, I would highly advise not to use this location. Have never had any issues with UPS until this location. The manager definitely needs to do some more training with the employees, so everyone understand the proper process about things.

I spoke with store manager Brenda over the phone. She was helpful, patient, friendly, and efficient. I deal with UPS franchises frequently, and this was one of the most pleasant phone encounters Ive had.

I give it 5 stars for the reason that I met someone from that city. I wanted to know how I can communicate with that person since I lost communication with him but I have the image.
