This was my first time here picking up a load and it was Very confusing not alot of communication. guard was very rude and if you get here early to pick up a load plan on waiting till your appointment time or later to get you load. Very poor communication

If I could give a review without selecting stars I would because thats what this place needs! So take my star and and subtract it Theres NO Communication and not a place to park try and find someone to talk too so Truck Drivers be wary of coming here because you dont get all the information for this place and you cant get any information while youre here also if you do manage to find someone to get information theyre RUDE when talking to you

This is the best place and warehouse you will ever meet. Im truck driver and I had really bad situation couple of days ago on the road. I accidentally saw their warehouse and called them. After I explained what happened with me, lady( who has picked up phone on me) told me to drive up to their warehouse. Crew of 4 people were helping me for 2-3 hours to fix my problem. They did such a amazing job. I couldnt believe how professional these people. In addition to that they didnt change money!!!! That was unbelievable for me. These people are truly friendly, professional, organized and down to earth. If you ever do delivery or future business with them, Im 100% positive that you will NOT get disappointed of them!!! God bless these people!!!!

If you want a solid cabinet for not so much money this is where to go. Second Saturdays are a great time to pick up a box for much less than market value. Redo your whole kitchen!

This delivery was easy and simple and the receiving clerk deserves his praise, he stepped in before his lunch was over.... I say thank you sir.

Im a truck driver delivering here. I was told to be here before 11am. I was here to deliver at 1030am. Immediately I was approached and screamed at and cussed out because apparently the guy that is recieving is being overworked...his words. So apparently its okay to cuss out a truck driver doing his job because the reciever is being over worked? Hes very lucky I dont have a quick temper. I just said if your having a bad day take it up with your supervisor and let him/her know of your issues. There is zero reason to take work related issues out on another person thats just doing their job. Ive asked to speak to a supervisor to resolve this issue.

Forget MasterWood Craft....Too much nepotism and they do not deliver on what they promise....The 30 days to making 10 dollars an hour is a joke, so be prepared to get fired after the 30 days.....Not a good company to work for and they throw you to the wolves when it comes to training....Please dont apply here.....
