Last month half of my prescription was missing with no notice, I thought the amount looked off. I counted the pills and HALF of them were missing! I had to call to straighten this out, I walked in and they gave me the rest of my prescription with no questions asked. This was very off putting. This month they are telling me my doctor didn’t send the prescription, my Dr. Is telling me he did. Very unorganized. If you could get my prescriptions else where, do it.
Recommended Walgreens to a relative for a passport photo. Unfortunately, the photo associate was not customer oriented and gave the impression of being inconvenienced in the performance of her duties. Our relative immediately departed to the UPS store where he received expected support.
A few years back the service here was not really the best, however now days they are on point! The pharmacy technicians that you speak to are for the most part polite and very helpful with issues regarding your prescription and so forth. If for any reason they cannot answer your question they are able to get somebody on the line that can which is appreciated. They also, in my opinion, seem to go above and beyond as far as rerunning insurance for people and trying different ways of running it as well as using the Good RX card that helps Save people money even if they have insurance like myself. Keep up the great work!
The pharmacy was wonderful They were very accommodating and helpful. We are so glad to have reached out to them to help us. We highly recommend.
I was sitting in my truck today waiting for my prescription to get filled and observed a homeless vet walk up and set his pack down and he went in and came back out with a gallon of water and the manager high on his heels. The manager asked the vet to leave because he didnt want his customers being bothered by his looks! Poor guy serves his country and gets ran off by the manager who of all people should have people skills. This manager needs to find another form of work! Ill fill my prescriptions elsewhere from now on
It has been quite an experience dealing with the pharmacy there. I am service member with a dependent son who is in the area for college. I have spent days on the phone trying to ensure my son received his meds (rescue & maintenance inhalers) which is critical that he has on him at all times. I added him to my account as family. There is not an option for me to pay over the phone so Ive had to call Corporate and Marshall to add a card on file. Today i called because my son was in the store and realized Corporate did not transfer my card down to his account and my son left without his inhalers AGAIN and its been over a week. I called and they put me on hold and never picked the phone back up. If my son has an asthma attack and doesnt have an inhaler please remember my name.
Store very clean...great staff
I recently asked for 3 prescriptions to be refilled at the Marshall, TX Walgreens pharmacy. I was told by the pharmacist that they couldnt be refilled until the 30th day after the original refill. This was a curious response since the Omaha, Nebraska main office sent me a text three days earlier telling me it was time to refill my prescriptions. My insurance company authorizes refills 25 days after the original refill. And, I have done this for the past 10 years. My physician also contacted the store and authorized refills on the day I was in the store talking with the pharmacist. I teach at a college in Marshall, TX, but I have a home 212 miles away. I go home on Friday afternoon every weekend. There is no state or federal law that prohibits refilling of physician authorized prescriptions. The pharmacists action or inaction caused me to make a return trip from College Station on a Sunday in order not to run out of my medications on Sunday evening.
The woman working the drive through was very rude and unprofessional will go out of my way to not use Marshall’s Walgreens again.
Horrible service!!!! Never again will I get my meds sent here. My spouse went to pick up my sons prescription told him it was a certain amount......but my son had insurance so I called to get it transferred and was told that my spouse had given them another name......and had not asked about my sons....I gave childs name and they didn’t have it, yet they were charging my husband when he went to pick up. Horrible service
It says online that Walgreen is open at 7am. Well the drive thru was closed. I called the store number. The automated lady said how their drive thru is convent...then it told me they are closed. All this happened at 8:30am. Congrats, you didnt help anybody this morning. Ill keep that in mind next time.
