Spoke with Eddie at the service desk. Great attitude. Not knowing anything about JD mowers, he sold me what I needed and a couple items he said were fine and didnt need them. Also told me to check my drive belt and the pulleys with it. Belt was shredded and pulleys made ugly noises. So he saved me time in the long run and helped me learn a little bit more.

Purchased a loader from this location and had them install it. Years ago, before it was at power. Called in today needing parts for my loader and the parts department didn’t want to mess with it. Said I don’t think we can get parts. No offer of where the loader they sold me might be repaired just no interest in helping. Poor service! No problem guys, I’ll find someone who wants my money!

Called to ask if they had a Cat 1, flail mower attachment for a subcompact tractor. The operater just kept repeating we only sell john deere. Lay off the edibles

Horrible. After over 20 years of doing business here I will never do it again. The mechanic took off the side cover we noticed something did not look right. Well once again I have to go somewhere else for service as they broke a clip, did not fix it and the cover flew off on the way home. This was after paying 190 dollars in quality labor. It is a joke.

These guys had a Stihl carburetor in stock that I needed. I had to pull the carburetor off of my FS 45 trimmer and take it into the parts counter to match it up with what they had in stock as they were unable to cross reference compatible carburetors. After paying for the carburetor I went to the parking lot and installed it on my FS 45 trimmer. It took less than 5 minutes with the right parts and it runs like new again. The cost of the parts was $30 Im not sure how that compares to whats going on with Amazon Prime, but Im back in business with my trimmer so Im happy.
