The people at Gross of Marshfield are AMAZING. My boyfriend and I went here a year ago when we were in a bind and had only a week to get a vehicle. We talked to Ryan and Chris and they immediately got to work on looking for a vehicle for us. Sara was great at helping us fill out financial paper work and talking us through everything so we understood the process. With-in a few days we were driving off the lot with a great car. After having the car for only a year I had an unfortunate accident and was rear-ended and the vehicle was totaled so again I returned to this AWESOME crew for help. I went back to talk with Ryan and Chris and let them know what happened and that I again I needed their assistance. They got right to work! After looking at a few cars and a test drive I found my dream car. We got to work right away filling out paper work and again Sara walked me through everything! Everyone here is AMAZING, even though we didnt work directly with John W. or Joe they were always so friendly and willing to talk to us and answer our question as well. Went to look at vehicles found one I really wanted. Started to wheel and deal on the vehicle I had a trade in and offered a lower price off of the vehicle and I was going to pay cash for the rest of the car. And the sales man sent some other person to do his job. Didn’t even give us card on who to contact. I will still use their service shop though but they will not get my money to purchase a vehicle

Mostly neg details about public sidewalks on eastside and westside of business are usually pretty treacherous for pedestrians during many of the winter months. Salt would generally be in order.

After researching the past 8 months or so for a newer used truck, I found the one I wanted at the Black River Falls location one night. I immediately sent a message to the location here in Marshfield. Jon in sales called me first thing the next morning and said they would have the truck brought here the next day. I drove the truck the next afternoon and fell in love with it. Jon and Candy, the business manager, went to work immediately on my financing. I drove home with my 2019 Dodge Ram Classic the next day! My boyfriend ended up with a flat, tire off the rim, stranded in the sub-temps. He need a tow, the man who came to tow him insulted saying he shouldnt have put on the spare in this weather. $300 for the tow. They towed to there place, and now 3 days later still havent gotten around to putting a new tire on. Called multiple times, got no where till a little bit ago. Was told that they had to order a tire, it was delayed due to weather, arrived today but cant get to it today since they leave at 4. and only one tech coming in tomorrow so he might be able to get to it but no guarantee. Its our only vehicle so he has had to miss work for the last 3 days.

The salesman was extremely polite, was willing to stay a bit late to make sure I could test a car. Worth going to for a car especially since they dont push at all.

Im currently purchasing my 2nd vehicle from Gross (Marshfield). The service Ive received both times had been nothing short of awesome! They spent too much time for diagnostics. They couldnt find the exact problem and they didnt fix anything. But they charger me a lot of money for nothing. I think they just found the way to not do their job. Worst auto-service Ive ever visited.

Bought my car here. 31,000 some miles when purchased. Needed maintenance to a rear wheel bearing, (already!) spoke to a service tech with little customer service experience or lack there of. Was rude when I was describing to him the issue and how Id like this resolved. Asked if this was going to be covered under the (at the time) existing power train warranty or the Zurick bumper to bumper warranty. They were clueless because they lacked looking further into more information of me, the customer. Finally, they dig into my file and state that I dont have to pay anything and this is covered under your warranty. Later I received a phone call stating I will have to pay a deductible. So when I brought my car in to schedule this appointment I was just under the 36,000 mile mark, upon bringing my car in for maintenance I exceeded the mileage, voiding my manufactures warranty. Paying for this service I notice only the left side was replaced when I requested both left-side wheel bearings to be replaced. Part at carquest (where they get their parts locally) priced at 63.98, they charged me 93.70.Revisited ReviewThe rear wheel bearings was successfully fixed, upon further inspection later the next day I discover my front was not. I bring my vehicle back in the next day to resolve this issue. So after two shop visits, two claims, two deductibles paid my car is fixed.I received a call that next Monday morning, from the service manager, wanting to wave one of the deductible payments. I was pleased and thankful for that.

I have owned vehicles before, but this was my first time buying from a dealership and it was the absolute best. One of the cars I wanted to test drive was at a different location, but when I called and asked about it they offered to have it driven to Marshfield and called me as soon as it was in. Chris (Khris?) was up front about each cars pros and cons and really helped me choose the car that was best for me. When I found the one I wanted Sarah helped with the paperwork while Chris had the car washed, cleaned, and put the license plates on. It was all fairly quick and when we went outside Chris went over each bit of the car to show us how it worked and to make sure I didnt have any questions. They also gave me a full tank of gas! It was a completely smooth and honest (you see all those car salesman stereotypes on tv) procedure that left me feeling totally comfortable and relieved about my purchase. I would 100% recommend them to any future car buyers I come across!!
