If your buying equipment or nail polish this store is perfect. However there shampoo and conditioner that they compare to top brands is a joke. Its not comparable. The people that cant afford the name brand clearly dont understand the quality difference. But the store as a whole is fine. Its not this stores fault or employees. Its just the sales tactic they use as a corporate. Also please in winter work on the floors not being to slick and wet with one of the flower drying blowers. But again on a good note the equipment is worth the price. Really promoting that Chi Curler.

Always clean, follow Covid guidelines, and they have staff that uses their products and read about them. Also I love that they are go green, BRING A BAG! or they have cute reuseables for purchase!

The ladies at this store were very pleasant and helpful BUT the cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming and very offensive!! Will think twice about going in ever again. Matter of fact Amazon has all that I could need.

I love Sallys, but these girls that work at this store do not know what they are doing. Every single time I go there they always seem to mess up on my transaction & never give me my correct in store discount/coupons. Its like they dont know how to use their registers correctly.
