We’re extremely grateful. Lindsey (sp?) from Premier Printing was kind and generous to my wife, family and I. FedEx Office in Minneapolis printed memorial cards for my two-year-old niece’s funeral. When we arrived in Marshfield, I realized that my niece’s middle name was misspelled. I called PP and Lindsey jumped into action. Not only did she solve our problem, she did it in an hour. That’s customer service.When I picked up the new memorial cards, they were perfect, on heavier stock and more vibrant. I tried to give Lindsey payment and a little extra for their holiday fund but she refused. After learning that our family was grieving over the loss of my two-year-old niece from cancer, Lindsey wouldn’t take a dime. Lindsey, you made many people happy that day, and you showed kindness to strangers. Thank you so much!
