If your wondering how good T-Mobile networks is in Marshfield, its actually very good. I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and I think T-Mobile is better in this area. The store is a little understaffed. Other wise I think they do a good job here. T-Mobile is a budding rival for AT&T and Verizon. They are really pushing the 5G networks and thats cool.
Cody answered all are question very professionally
Great place to work very friendly and efficient always putting the customer first amazing service and the upgrade from Verizon to T-Mobile was easy and fast and my mobile speeds are 90× faster than I had with both Verizon and US cellular
Couldnt fix simple issues with my devices...
Tiny store with very limited inventory, no pricing posted for accessories, romm for improvement on customer service.
We were just in the store because I couldnt get my charger plugged into my phone. The two young men working pulled out a magnifying glass, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. All for nothing but a smile and a thank you. Awesome to have the store in town. And great people working there.
Excellent
I went to See if the lively people at the sprint store could help with my problem it was 7:15 pm on a Monday night and they were already closed the hours are 10:00am to 8:00pm. This is pretty upsetting as I have a situation I needed to take care of. Maybe I should switch services....Verizon would never close early!
Just switched from at&t. It only took an hour for the process. Simple quick and easy. I pretty much got my bill cut in half plus walked away with new phones. The lady helping me didnt quite know what she was doing. But she seemed like a new representative, not going to hold it against her. But she wad very nice and informative with the help of the store manager. Gave it 4 out of 5 because i guess they forgot to register me for the early termination fees. But its all good now.
I dont write reviews a lot, but this Sprint store deserves one. I have been a customer of Sprint for a while and I have to say that the customer service, here in Marshfield, is wonderful. All of the Sprint employees are very kind and knowledgable. Tom, the store manager, is very nice and does his job really well, he is fantastic. Erin, I have to say does such an exceptional job and is very, very knowledgeable! She has helped me out setting up my first tablet and did her best to help and answer any of my questions. They really do a great job over there! Very friendly place to go to for help and information!
This was a horrible experience. I signed up under a great deal that ended with many lies and uninformed employees. I eventually considered signing another two year contract with Sprint (while still under the great deal). I asked the store associate several times in different ways how much my bill would be if I signed up for another two years. He looked up our account in his computer, did some quick number crunching and confidently said our bill would only go up about $5 a phone ($25 total). I told him I signed up under a special deal and I thought the bill was supposed to go up. He said it wouldnt go up that much...$5 per phone is what we would be looking at -- but Sprint can always renegotiate with us if desired (I later found out that Sprint is NOT willing to renegotiate). Two months later, the bill goes up almost $70 per month. I spoke to several customer care reps over the next few months, each of them giving me a one time discount after I explained the above situation. I finally left Sprint before the contract was completed. I was tired of the lies and misinformed sprint employees. I called the sprint customer care folks again to tell them I would be paying over $350 per month until the charges for ending the contract were paid in full. The rep said, No problem. Thanks for letting us know. I got a letter the next month saying that per my contract with them, they were legally allowed to withdraw the full balance from the card they had on file. I called Sprint again, told them about the letter they sent me, and reminded them of my regular -- on time -- payments. The rep told me to ignore the letter...it was an automated letter and it didnt apply to me. I said, are you sure you will not withdraw this money? The rep said she promised it wouldnt happen -- she said she has record of our regular payments and the letter doesnt apply to us. A few weeks later...they tried to withdraw the money. My bank wouldnt let them (marking it as fraudulent). They then used our daughters card they had on file from months ago (she no longer was on the account) and Sprint took over $1400 from her checking account. Sprint took over $1400 out of our daughters account...and she had left sprint & paid her bill in full 4 months prior. After calling Sprint and explaining to numerous reps (many transfers), they eventually agreed to refund her money (a process that took over a week!). I filed a complaint with the BBB and then corporate Sprint called me. In the end, nothing changed. Sprint said they were sorry that their own employees misinformed me, but they would not be making any exceptions for me and I would be sent to collections -- even though I had been paying over $350 every month. The Sprint company desperately needs training on their own policies (so their own associates are explaining Sprint policies the same way to customers). They need training on telling the truth even if it means you dont get the sale. They need training on working with customers when the company has made mistakes. I was a Sprint customer for 10 years and then left the company for 10 years for the same reasons listed above (I was lied to by their own employees). I came back to Sprint thinking everyone deserves a second chance...hoping they changed. They have not changed. It was bad business as usual for Sprint. DONT GET DECEIVED...DONT GO WITH SPRINT.
Great CS.
Very Bad customer service, salesperson was horrible at explaining anything choosing instead to shop talk than to clarify things, constantly was on the phone while people waited, avoided important questions, let two other customers walk out & left without being attended to & in the end shooed us away And did not help with our problem! she should be fired in my professional opinion.
Nice small store to help with cellphone needs. Fast service today!
Great customer service and wonderful experience!
People who work there have no idea what they are doing...was told I was a liar by an employee. Ended up going with a different carrier. 3 visits and 7 customer care calls and was getting diffrent answers from everyone
Art was excellent in helpings with my phone problems, very much a asset to Sprint. Will highly recommend this store to my family, friends and neighbors.
I love the new manager Larry. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I will recommend this Sprint store to everyone I know, much better than the employees at Cellcom next door, they are rude and uncaring.
Great place. Friendly staff. Helpfull and knowledgable.
Phone call in morning made me skeptical, but getting there and working with the manager was great. I had a new Google Pixel and no one I dealt with online had a clue what to do to activate it and bing bong boom done lickety split once I encountered someone who had a clue.
Went to inquire about a new iPhone. They were pretty incompetent in their knowledge and unhelpful. Walked out with not purchasing or updating my phone. May try to do it at another Sprint location.
Went in to activate my dads hotspot for a weekend trip, we got the help of Erin. She was the MOST WONDERFUL sales representative. She was beyond helpful. My mother and i ended up leasing two samsung galaxy 6s. I couldnt be more happy with our experience! Thanks Erin!!!
The website says they open at 9, the door says 10 and no one opened the doors at all on a saturday. Find people that want to work and competent
Just recently switched to sprint from verizon and every time i walked into the verizon wireless store i felt like i was at a car dealership, always trying to sell me a bunch of things i did not want rather than what i was in there for,. but when i finally made the switch to sprint in Marshfield i was rather surprised at the atmosphere change, went in the store and got a welcome to sprint almost as soon as i walked in and had a sales rep Erin come to me and began to ask me what she could help me with, ended up with a iphone 6 plus and had a million questions about the phone, i almost felt sorry for the girl! but she had every answer i was looking for and more, she knew everything there was to know about every phone in the store, she didnt lean more towards android or apple like most sales reps have done to me in the past, she asked me a series of questions and i answered, it was all about me and what i was happy with at the end of the day. Not once did i feel like an average customer could not of asked for a more knowledgeable straight forward person to deal with, she was a no fine print kind of person to deal with. I will be back
Horrible service and either downright liars or completely incompetent
Larry was very knowledgeable and helpful with what I needed
They suck. Cant keep nothing in stock and wont help with anything.
Cant contact, out of service phone number poor customer service in person and by 1800 number go elsewhere for phone service
Does not work all over Wisconsin
People in this store are horrible! very rude sent us away because we didnt buy the Sprint phone from them. Guess they get paid on commission.. not much to make on just a Sims card..
Helpful people
Friendly people and service
