Love their Drive Thru. We have set things up so that my mother can easily pick up medications. There was an error or issue with insurance switching from Rite Aide to Walgreens. Walgreens staff handled it swiftly and efficiently and kept us in the loop. The prescription was ready that same day, and we didn’t have to do anything other than give a call or two. Wonderful service and caring pharmacists and staff. Kudos!

If I could give zero to the pharmacy

The pharmacy is awful, only bureaucratic machines and zombies behind the tiny window, not humans at all....

This place is incredibly slow in general, they do not value peoples time here! I placed an online photo order two days ago, I got an email confirmation saying it was ready. I’ve gone by the past two days and they’ve been closed, there is no indication of that on the website or anywhere else?I went in this morning to get the order, no urgency whatsoever. The one lady helping me took forever to look through all the orders and couldn’t find mine. She finally called over who I guess was the manager? Some old lady with a bunch of tattoos too much make up and piercings. She finally looked up my order on the computer, which somebody should’ve done in the first place instead of wasting my time. She finally told me that The poster print I ordered has been canceled because their printer wasn’t working. I told her I had no indication of this, I did not see it in my email saying my order was ready. She gave me attitude like somehow this was my fault, pretty sure it’s not my fault. I placed the order, I got a confirmation saying is ready to be picked up.This place needs to learn about customer service, maybe if the manager person spent more time learning about customer service and less time caking on make up, I would’ve had a better experience.

One of the worst Walgreens. Came in to buy some stuff. No public restroom for customers. Nowhere to wash hands in this drug store. Unless you absolutely have to shop here I recommend against it.

The wait lines are speeding up now. Under new management? If you use the APP it is even better. They were so friendly and fast. Yup its crowded, but they did great. One suggestion: Have pick up and drop off windows as separate places so that I can use my waiting time to do a little shopping in some of those interesting candy aisles. :D

Chronically understaffed at pharmacy and the front counter. The pharmacy is chronically late with prescriptions and refills, and constantly has problems with refills of prescriptions that werent a problem in the first place. Incredibly slow even with a small volume of customers. The pharmacy personnel are indiscreet and will have conversations about peoples conditions with customers sitting in the chairs 25 feet away. Not my first choice pharmacy.

What amazing employees and management! Gail, Christina, and Jennifer are so helpful and they are amazing people! I would highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone!

Very friendly and helpful employees. Well stocked items. And I love the point system allowing you to save your points and get free items with them. Always my go-to store in any state.

Sandy at Walgreens is a completely rude pharmacist. Not only was she rude and condescending to me, she was rude to almost every customer that came in. Unprofessional.

The employees there are great, always willing to help you out, with whatever youre looking for. But, the pharmacy wait is beyond ridiculous. Last time I was there, there was only 3 or 4 people in front of me, but it took them 48 minutes to help me. If they didnt already have my prescription behind the counter, I would have left and gone to another store, which is what I do now, when I need to fill prescriptions. Too long of a wait with barely anyone there. Even waiting outside in my car took forever, with nobody in front of me. 😢

This pharmacy is garbage, lied to me that my moms precription was ready for pick up, when we picked it up sure enough her medication she urgently needed wasnt there. Falsely confiming medication is a bad business practice

The cosmetic dept is good but not those cashiers up front are quite odd ...very alien ..lol

I totally agree with others ...this is so Frick in lame... a few lights up the street is the County Hospital ...and the pharmacy closes at 10:00 pm ...thats all about .. PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT HURTING PATIENCE AND GETTING THERE MEDICINE...I LOVE W.C.WALGREENS ANY ANYTIME AND ANY DAY !!NOW YOU ALL ROCK !!!

Martinez Walgreens is the best. You may forget how screwed up other pharmacies can be, but I just moved away and found out. I will miss this place.

I don’t shop much in the store but I constantly use their pharmacy which is great and usually fast at assisting people

The customer service there sucks. Most of the employess except a few make me feel like im bothering them when i need assistance, thats even IF, you can find someone working.

Decent location. The pharmacy staff are friendly. They have a Redbox in front.

Ive frequently been here mostly mornings and i seem to always find a cashier for service. Avoid if in a hurry.

Just the usual Walgreens. Its on a corner and its usually not too busy. Plenty of parking.
