I was calling around today to get prices on replacing my laptop screen. Although they did not answer but was asked in the machine message to text and they would respond as soon as possible. Well before I could even get my text message typed up they were calling me back! Cecilia (spelling) was very nice and professional. They weren’t the cheapest but definitely could give me an answer of some sort before even seeing my computer. All other places were much higher and or kept telling me they couldn’t give me a price without looking at the computer. She was able to least give me an estimate. I gave her the model number and she was able to help right away. I called the geek squad and I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Their price was cheaper but I won’t go there. So I’ll probably be taking my computer here! I’ll give an update once it’s repaired.

I came to Gadget Repair Clinic to get my iPhone 8 Plus battery replaced on 10/3. They replaced it in less than an hour. After talking to Miguel he told me they could possibly fix my TV that has been in my den for almost a year, not working. I brought that in too and they fixed that for less than half of what I expected. They said the tv diagnostic would take a week but it took less. The repair took 5 days once it was diagnosed. I was really happy and will be back if I need an electronic repaired.

Definitely fixed my phone screen, and did it quickly at a low price. But, they attempted to get me to unlock my phone and take it to the back room, out of sight for a few minutes. When asked, they said it was to test all features of the screen. Its a touchscreen, it only has one feature, you touch it. I think its highly likely they had intentions of invading my privacy, because they dropped the issue when I asked to chaperone.Based on that, I cant recommend this business to anyone, now matter the price or convenience. Take your money to a more honest business.

I love this place. The staff is incredible. so knowledgeable about so many things. And cant forget the little Yorkie dog that greets you so avidly. VERY honest too. I have a Nikon D5300 that would just shut off randomly. Nikon said to ship it to them and they would need two to four weeks to fix it. Two weeks was not horrible but I couldnt go a month without it since I use it for work. I looked up camera repair on google and Gadget Clinic was the first and best choice. After reading the great reviews and about one funny one I decided to drop my camera off. I had the camera back within a week. It works great now after they fixed and upgraded the software. If I have any issues they told me I could bring it back. Ive had it back for about three weeks now and no issues. Thank you Gadget Clinic!

I went to gadget clinic to have my laptop repaired. My grandmother recommended them highly to me, and they were absolutely excellent. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They also called me to explain what was wrong with my computer, tell me the amount it would cost, and gave me an estimated time as to when it would be done. They are the only ones i will be bringing my electronics to!

Great customer service. A little slow on the turnover time though.When I first took my receiver in they told me it could take up to a week to diagnose it and that they would call me once they find out the problem. I never got a call so I checked back a couple different times to check the update. Long story short it ended up being about a month after I took it in when they called me back.The owner took the time to call me personally and update me on the situation with my receiver. She was very friendly and got everything taken care of for me. Once I got my receiver, the technician even took the time to show me some of the different features that I didnt know it had. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone else and I will for sure use them again myself. My only advice based off my experience is understand that it could be a quick fix or it could take a while so do not expect it back right away.

This place was the WORST EVER!! Terrible, rude customer service on 5 separate occasions. When I dropped off my device I explained that I was on a short timeline & wanted to order a replacement if it couldnt be repaired. They said that they couldnt even tell me when my device would be looked at, but could only proved the date it would be ready. I was given a receipt that promised the date my device was to be ready. When I called on the date specified to confirm that it was ready to pick up, I was told they hadnt looked at it yet & they werent sure when it would be.I had to remind them of their deadline specified on the receipt they provided & insist that they honor their guarantee. Very hesitantly, they agreed that they would try to repair it & would contact me if they had it ready by that day. They called me a short time later & said that they werent able to repair it because there was a piece missing. (I had disassembled the device myself to replace the battery & had it working afterward but was too rough & broke a solder when closing everything, which is why I took it in for repair, so I knew exactly what it looked like when working & knew without a doubt that all pieces were present and intact except for the repair that I specified it needed when I dropped it off.) When I picked it up I learned that rather than making the one solder that was needed to reattach two small pieces, they damaged it worse, breaking off the two more pieces. To make it worse they had the audacity to blame the damage on me, saying that there was a piece missing. The piece they claimed was missing doesnt even exist on my device! When I explained that to them. They rudely told me that they were the experts & I didnt know what I was talking about. Rather than argue with them, I simply told them I would be posting a review & left the business. They made no attempt to apologize, no offer to repair it properly (without charge), or otherwise make it right. I DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS - if I could rate it lower I would.

I went in today for a cell phone battery replacement. The young lady working it kept arguing with me saying it’s not the battery without even checking it. She kept telling me that it was because I am using an after market charger, which I’m not. She then told me to buy a new charger (my charger is less than a month old). I asked her how many chargers would I need? “Keep buying until one works”. Ummm... are you serious? I have four factory chargers as I keep them in various places. I’ve had this battery issue before, I had it last year and my husband is also in this field and he agreed the battery seemed flakey. The iOS said the battery was deteriorating. In fact, this is where I had it replaced which the girl couldn’t find me in the system. She then tells me to leave and to come back in 30 min. Why leave? You have a couch and TV for a reason, but we were told in no uncertain terms to leave. We went and had lunch and came back at 1. She comes back and as she is handing me my phone back she puts a very sticky sticker on the back with my password! If you didn’t have the sticker on before WHY attach it when it’s going back to its owner?? It’s hard to get the residue off now and it’s driving me nuts. Oh and by the way, the battery replacement is working wonderfully. Never going back here again though.

I went to Gadget Clinic to get my iPads repaired. They repaired both within a few hours and the quality was great just as the customer service. The store layout reminds me of a actual clinic too. I called around town to compare prices, Gadget Clinics was the least inexpensive plus they have a very good warranty. Make sure you get tempered glass so you dont crack any of your devices again. Oh and they repair any piece of electronic.

After going to several shops i realized i should have come here first. The price is the cheapest and the service is the best! They are honest and quick. Dont go anywhere else. It wont be worth your time.

Had to find the part myself for repair then wanted to charge large amount of labor to install and add tax to labor plus lost several screws had to make extra trip to get replacement screws. Heard them tell another customer that had issues with his phone not holding a charge, it stayed charged the whole time we had it on the charger with no issues. Wow. I would say dont go here for repairs.

Got my Samsung S9 sceen repaired yesterday. Very professional and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone. They did an amazing job and it only took them about an hour and a half.

They fix all of my electronics. They fixed my iphone 5 last year. Since then they have fixed a printer, desktop and today they fixed my new phone. The turn around time is good. My phone repairs took less than a hour. My desktop and printer took a few days. The staff is always friendly and willing to help even with tech advice.

They have helped me a few times here. Once for a charging port but this time for a entire new phone. They helped me with my google account and music app. I drive from Thompson so they are a good company to go to. I like that they fix other things too like music equipment.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. It would only charge wirelessly with my wireless charger. The charging part didnt look damaged but I brought it to Gadget Repair after the Verizon store reccomend me here. They tested my phone for free and told me my charging port was shorted possibly from a none branded charger. Sure enough I misplaced my Samsung branded charger and was using a generic one from Walmart. My phone stopped working after a month or so of using it the generic charger. Gadget Repair replaced the charging port and now my phone fast charges great now. I purchased a Samsung branded car charger from Gadget Repair. I needed a home charger but they didnt have it. They sent me to BestBuy which helped me out. Its awesome seeing stores knowing where to direct their customers to get the right things done.

I got my TV fixed here for less than $200. Best buy was going to charge be about $80 just to look at it. The diagnostics took about 4 days and the repair took a week because they had to order parts.

I brought my Samsung watch for repair because of some miscomunication we had some issues but the staff got in touch with me and made things clear and right which I appreciate.

Very friendly, quick, and capable service. When my camera stopped working, their technician worked to fix it by adjusting the internals without replacing them. After that failed, I was offered the choice to replace the malfunctioning component. When I chose not to, they did not charge for their labor, allowing me to save that repair cost and apply it to the cost of replacement.Had the repair been successful, I was told they warranty their work for 90 days, offering free repair or refunding the repair cost if the same problem comes back!
