There are many things to like about CSRA Camperland. Starting with the laid back attitude of the sales team allowing customers to look at campers WITHOUT pressuring them to buy today or using greasy car salesman tactics. I love that! Leo was amazing. He answered ALL my questions, and was always honest. The entire process was smooth and easy. You won’t find a better team anywhere. I dont know much about their sales department except they are always friendly answering the phone or when I was just walking through. However I have used their service department a few times so far and they have not let me down. Clint the service manager is on top of the repairs that take place. He is easy to talk to. very knowledgeable and very understanding. I did not buy my unit from them I bought them from one of the larger dealers that I will not even mention in this post and will never go back to. They have been able to fix items the place I got this unit from couldnt fix on several attempts. Clint and the service writers Brooke and Austin are a great team to work with. Highly recommend them...

It was a pleasure working with Leo and his guys Bryan and Greg at CSRA. They made buying the camper quick and easy and gave a way better experience than their competitors. No pressure and 25 unwanted phone calls like other places (very laid back). As long as their service dept gives the same experience as sales when needed they have gained a repeat customer and I will send anyone I know looking for a camper their way.

We purchased a 2016 Fifth wheel from CSRA Camperland in Augusta back in August of 2016. We have always been pleased with the sales department and customer service department. They are a great company to work with and we will purchase our next RV from them.

I was so impressed with my initial contact with CSRA camperlandI am a nurse and with the COVID CRISIS I was intent on purchasing alternate housing as the needs ariseI spoke with John Athern initially who was by far one of the best salesman I have dealt with he was point on answering my questions price etc and then it went sour…..Whoever BOBBY ( yep like the Brady BUNCH) was placed on the call to ask for a good intentions fund I felt like I just interrupted breakfast with PinkWow sorry to bother youObviously a family business finding BOBBY” a professionNever been spoken to by someone with something to sellI guess I better look for another option !!!

Great parts department. Very friendly and helpful, and actually had the axle part I needed in stock. Bonus, it was less expensive than any trailer service company in the area and even Amazon.

Nice people but no AC/DC lights for campers? When youre in a camper you dont always have access to electricity so you have to use batteries which means you have to have AC/DC lights.

I have never been to a dealership like camperland we went in discuss with the saleamen what we were looking for he didnt even offer to walk us on to the property and show us campers. I will never return to camperland for any reason!

These guys go above and beyond. Had issue when we went open open our travel trailer at a state park the slide would not open. We could not get into our refrigerator and we had 7 days that we were camping and we were from NC. Brought the trailer to CSRA and they said they could get the part next day and replace motor. Came back next day and slide on other would not open. That motor gearbox broke.(the life of owning an RV) They ordered part and next day repaired and we were back to camping. Other dealers said we cannot fit you in for two weeks. The guys were outstanding!

We had purchased our first travel trailer from a BIG BOX camper dealership; no comparison to the customer service that we received at CSRA CAMPERLAND . Leo in sales was excellent and personable on the phone and in person. No pressure sales here. Greg the tow guy was super helpful in making sure we bought the correct tow vehicle for our travel trailer.Ray who did our walk through on our Travel Trailer was exceptional! Great people very easy to work with. After we bought our trailer they spent about 2 hours going over the trailer how to operate everything, along with the torsion bar hitch and brake controller.

Leo has been there after the sale as well. Salespeople will tell you they will be there and not take your calls, but with us being new to campers we had some issues and he was there for us any time we called to get us through. My wife and I are Jeep people and knew in camper shopping I needed to stay well below 3500 dry weight and 350 tongue weight. I had ruled out some that my wife loved that were under 3500 but had too high of a hitch weight. So I took her to CSRA Camperland. I really had the two used Jayco Hummingbirds in mind that I had seen on their website. Scott helped us, I shared the numbers we needed, and he took us straight to the Hummingbirds without my even mentioning them. He never tried to upsell into anything else and there is huge value in a salesperson who respects the limits of your tow vehicle. We immediately knew the 2019 17 FD was a match, and it was so newly arrived it was not one of the ones I had seen online. We bought it before it could be posted online. My wife really wanted a U shaped dinette. Buying process was easy and they were fine with our using a credit union. They set up the hitch and weight distribution and got the entire rig levelled and installed a brake controller. Scott, Greg, and all the others made the process easy. I am happy also that we bought locally and can have service done locally rather than somewhere in middle Georgia or Atlanta. Two trips down and many more to go thanks to CSRA Camperland.

I have heard and read horror stories about dealers who will either not provide service or will place you at the back of the line for service or warranty work if you didnt purchase your RV from them. So, when I purchased a Grand Design Solitude from General RV, I called CSRA Camperland before the purchase to ask whether that would create an issue for me. They assured me that they would treat me as if I purchased the rig from them, so I went ahead with the purchase. By the way, the only reason that I did not purchase from them was availability of the unit that we wanted. They did not have it in stock, and it would have taken a long time to get it if ordered. Fast forward to today - they have been absolutely true to their word, and without exception, the experience has been exceptional. Their service department ( Clint, Brooke, Curtis and all of the service techs) have been professional, customer focused and genuinely interested in taking care of us. The parts department ( Jorge specifically) has also been a delight to work with, and Jorge has gone out of his way to help me on several occasions. In addition, since this is a family owned enterprise, the owner is on site and accessible - quite an improvement to the bureaucracy of the big corporate dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. In a nutshell, the culture and behavior of the CSRA Camperland folks is customer focused and professional. A rarity in the RV dealership world, and it is much appreciated.

We have a Grand Design Solitude 2930 RL which needed some work to one of slides and some other repairs. The service rep Brooke was very easy to work with. She was very understanding and accommodating. We were able to get our rig in for service a week after my call. Brooke estimated the repairs would take 1-2 weeks. She was correct. When we picked up our camper the service tech took time to explain exactly what was done and spent time with us to answer other questions not pertaining to the problems they corrected. Even though we did not purchase our camper from them, the entire staff made us feel like part of the family.

Easy experience. Staff took time to show all camper amenities and how they function before you drive off the lot.

I have visited CSRA Camperland several times over the last year looking at available campers. My first salesman Justin explained all my options. Because of life interfering, I finally purchased my Wolf Pup through another sales man, Leo, who walked me through the process of choosing and buying.Of course, I had looked at other camper sales in Columbia which had mostly the same campers. I decided to buy in Augusta because of the overall organization, professional service and closeness to my home. They gave me a great deal and training that I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase. I recommend them highly!

Was offered help but not pressured. Explain what we wanted and told they only had one on the lot. It wasnt exactly what we wanted but told to look all we wanted and let him know if he could help. Prices were clearly marked and prices were very reasonable.

CSRA Camperland is one of the nicest places I have ever dealt with. Everybody, from sales, finance, parts and service are so helpful and seem to love their job. Service after the sale is incredible. Up at the lake, first time out and ac doesn’t cool enough. Text my sales person that night, who told me who to call in the am, called him and he walked me through the setup which is not covered in the manual btw. All went well and I was cool for the rest of theweek. Trust me, I have been impressed with their customer service from day one! I worked 35 yrs. in the customer service industry so I don’t say that lightly. Go see Leo today and meet the whole gang! Wonderful folks.

Just bought a new Cherokee Wolf Pup camper at CSRA Camperland Augsuta. It was a delightful experience, especially for a first time camper owner. The people were friendly and informative. We really needed the training. I have been back a couple of times with questions and they always helped. I would recommend them if anyone is looking for a new camper. Oh and the price wasn’t bad either!!

Cant say enough good things about these guys. We were in an RV park with our slide open and couldnt get it closed, we had a guy who could repair it. CSRA Camperland not only had the part but loaned us the tool we need to fix it. Way to go the extra mile.

They were awesome in helping us! Especially Brook. Lazy days, where we bought our RV, refused to help us multiple times on warrantied items we had with them. It took just 2 days and we were on our way! The cashier in the parts department should smile more though and be proud he works at a place that handles stuff Lazy Days cant.

Bought our 1st Jayco camper here last December. The sales person (Justin) is very polite and professional. He showed us at least 10 different ones based on our budget and needs. Did not waste time on recommending anything beyond our budget and handling capacity. We are very satisfied with what we bought and will definitely go back in a few years for an upgrade. BTW: the accessory store is a must go for any camper needs.

Part of my hitch weight distribution/stabilizer broke. Staff welcoming; and truly helpful. They had the part and service went the extra mile to assist; when other shops could not do it or if they could would have to went post Labor Day.

We needed a last-minute part for a trip the next morning, and even though they were closing before I could get there, Brian in the parts department was kind enough to suggest I pay for the part over the phone & he left it in a bag hanging on the back fence for me to pick up after hours. Very accommodating and customer focused - we will be bringing our RV there for service from now on!

If you decide to purchase from this business, make sure to ask plenty of questions. Make them commit to what they say. If you dont, they take their time. Also make sure you get prices for everything. They have a habit of letting you know at the last minute or conveniently forget to mention at all. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We recently bought a motorhome from CSRA Camperland, and couldnt be happier. It was a great experience all around, from poor Justin staying out in this ungodly heat, showing us the motorhomes, to the extra maintenance we had done on it. Everyone there was great and I would recommend this company to anyone. They are excellent!

This review is just for the parts store. Th selection was alright; they had most of the basics thought they were sold out of the item I needed (an adjustable water pressure regulator). The salesman offered to order one but the price was more than triple what I paid last time from Amazon. I know Amazon is the devil and undercuts small businesses so for that reason I would pay more but not triple.Overall if youre in a pinch you can probably find what you need here but these are emergency style prices.

We called in advance to see if they had the rhino tote carrier available, told they did so we asked them to hold it and we would be down to make the purchase which they said they would. When I arrived they had sold it. I think its unprofessional to tell a customer one thing and do another. We have alsodealt with them in the pass without any issues.
