I had my battery in my 4 wheeler malfunction 2 miles in on my property so getting it out wasn’t an option without a new battery. I purchased a battery warranty from this place when I bought the 4 wheeler, so I took my non working battery in for a replacement just to be told I need to bring my 4 wheeler in so they can take pictures. I informed them of where it is and that it wouldn’t be possible to bring it in until I got a battery. The service guy was completely rude and couldn’t care less about helping. When I asked if the warranty was a scam and was just another way to get more money out of their customers he said yes. Even though I told her not to my wife also called and she talked to the manager of the place to which he said he’d call me the next day to make it right but it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard from him. So I would suggest going somewhere else to get whatever you need because this place does not care about their customers and shouldn’t be in business.

I have been calling for ask for prices... They never call me back or they let me stay in the line for hours. Ill never try again.I cant believe this place can survive treating the client so bad.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE took my four wheeler here for a knock in motor they couldnt tell me where it was coming from and tried to charge me when I have warranty on fourwheeler knowing me I didnt pay it took to to someone else they told me what it was in 5 minutes they aint nothing but a RIP off I highly recommend you go somewhere else other than this place.

Service guy was pretty rude when I dropped it off. It has been making a weird clanking noise for a few months. I dont mind waiting a while, they told me it would be at least 6 weeks. I appreciate that theyre busy. I took it in because its still under warranty. Well, they said nothing was wrong and its normal noise. So I went to pick it up and again the service guy was rude again. He said something to me about being patient because he was under a vehicle. Well, the lady at the front desk where I paid called him and paged him because he didnt answer. Again, I appreciate that he was busy, but I wasnt the one who paged you. That was your coworker. Anyway, I brought the vehicle home and did some google research. In 5 minutes I was able to figure out the problem and with one allen wrench tighten the tension screws on the rear brake calipers. Problem solved. When its time for a new Ranger in a year or two, I will drive hours out of the way to avoid this place. On a side note, the owner was there when I picked it up. He was very nice. He just needs to get some help thats good at their job and decent at customer service. I would definitely not recommend this dealership. This is one of three polaris dealerships Ive dealt with in 3 states. The other 2 were 5 stars. Avoid this place unless they get their act together.

When u have a extended warranty and polaris declines to pay. (Tire size excuse) same size high lifter comes with. Cheap plastic parts from polaris. Research before u buy.
