If I could, I really wanna give them a 0 star. Called in 10/1/2018 Monday afternoon for the estimate for my fathers monument signage and emailed them about the current situation. However, 10/3/2018 Wednesday afternoon, never called me back for the updates or anything. So I called and asked them what is the current status and when can they go check out and they do not know for the status and they have not stopped by. Sounds exactly like they do not wanna work with us, because they are busy with other jobs. They did not apologize for not going there or not contacting me at all. At least, they could have give me a call for the delays or update, but they did not care at all. People, do you wanna fix or install your signage for your business or etc? They are not going to be prepared or be there for you . Because, they have their own priorities and do not care about our concerns or business.
