Always a good experience at Edwin Watts. Lots of new/used clubs and tons of bags and clothes. Its a great place to go check out the newest equipment. They also have simulators for getting fit and trying out new clubs. Staff is always polite and helpful. Check em out.

After checking out the clubs I wanted, I came in a second time prepared to buy a set of clubs valued at over $1000 despite the fact that I was pretty much ignored when I was in the first time. I was given pretty good customer service by the young salesperson who spent time with me and was helpful until I asked about trading in my current clubs. The manager (I suppose) was summoned and he insulted me by offering $19 for my current set of clubs. I’m thinking he wasn’t taking me seriously perhaps because of the way I was dressed which was different from his preppy golf look. I was so shocked and offended that I turned and left. I then promptly went home and ordered the clubs that I wanted online. So much for buying local. I’ll never do business with this company again. They obviously no nothing about customer service.

Was in the store for 20 mins with no service while several employees stood around joking and laughing behind the counter. Eventually, an employee helped a customer that came in after me. I can’t say anything about their professionalism or club fitting knowledge because I didn’t experience it.

Theyre working hard with what they have. Hopefully soon things will get back to where they need to be.

One of 4 employees wearing masks. Needed new set of clubs. Requires close interaction. You can’t get fitted for new clubs with curbside pickup. You gave curbside pickup and decreased your store hours for cleaning? so seem to realize there is a pandemic yet you don’t do the most important thing which is to wear masks. May have to go to Atlanta to get a new set of clubs.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they let you roam and browse at your leisure. No pressure, but when you want help these folks know what theyre talking about.

Never been there in my life. Proof that human error is to blame for incorrect data input into a computer. Whos to blame?,...mankind?,...or the computer?

Love this place. For some reason i always thought that this store would be more expensive than most, but its actually the opposite. Ive purchased a set of used irons and a used driver in the last few months and BOTH were cheaper than anywhere online. They have 2 simulators so you can test out different clubs before making a purchase. Korrey helped me yesterday and was super helpful. Will be returning in the future! Thanks guys!

Very helpful and a great selection

Friendly staff. Went in for a new driver, guy took his time fitting me even after they had closed. Took about an hour and got me the right club and even though in a discount. Will definitely be back.

Not often you decide to drop $1000+ on a new set of Ping irons. After grips and adding .75 to shafts we called and they said they were ready. Drove up from Aiken to find they had made adjustments to the wrong set of irons, and wanted to have Ping do the work and sendnd them to me.! Last time I buy anything from this store.

Nice store and good selections. I went to buy a putter, store personnel not friendly, the counter is next to entrance, was not greeted by the 2 employees standing there and never asked to help me in any way. Disappointed because I really liked the store.

Not alot of selection

My first visit today and I will be returning in 4 weeks to get fitted out with a new set of clubs. Looks like their pricing is on point and their service top notch.

Newly remodeled store. Nice selection for righties. Minimal left handed clubs. Some of the service folks are fantastic while others are clueless when new clubs are coming out or equipment. Overall good expierence

Walked in today with a friend to get 4 clubs regripped and he had 2 clubs. We went to the back talked to the individual running the counter and picked out our grips. My friend gave him his clubs and when I handed him mine he told me I would have to leave them overnight but he done my friends clubs and we were getting the same grips. I have spent several dollars in that store over the last few months including a new Scotty Cameron. But I promise you I will never spend another dollar of my money in that store or any other Edwin watts for that matter. So sorry for inconveniencing the person at the back counter while the other 3 were hanging out at the front counter having a good time. By the way there was only 1 other person in the store and he was checking out.

I bought a new set of Ping irons. While Im satisfied with my purchase, I was disappointed that while I was looking forward to a custom fitting, the salesman kept pushing off the rack merchandise.

A decent selection of clubs, but the new layout is very hard to shop. The rest of selections (clothes, shoes) is extremely limited.
