I’ve heard mixed reviews about this place but went because they are one of the few people around here to install front bumper guards. The owner Brian was who I talked to at first and scheduled the appointment with. I was given a good price and paid it then. My appointment was cancelled twice with no explanation. When the bumper guard was finally installed, it was completely trashed with dents and scratches. I was told by the person who installed it that they would have to charge me to take it back off and send it back to get a replacement. After some argument, I ended up with a full refund and headache.

Brian the owner is a scam artist, Hires work release inmates to perform intricate installations on your expensive car and when it fails, he blames it on user error or abuse. Im thinkining his liver isnt the only thing thats fried. Apparently hes back on the sauce again because hes meaner than ever. At least his wife has found someone new after they lost their house due to the bottle.

This place is a scam. I first came here to get new headlights installed on my old Tacoma but they completely put them on wrong which caused them to burn out and quit working. They tried to fix that first mistake but the same issue happened again because the guy was completely inexperienced with the work he was doing, even admitted that himself. Every employee here is condescending and rude, they will start yelling at you when you ask a simple question.

Ive been to your martinsburg location twice. It says your open. Both times. Your closed. How about updating your hours. You just lost a customer that was going to buy a $1000 bumper.

Would recommend to anyone. Not only do the sell accessories but they also sell generalized replacement parts. Honesty gets my money. Brian has always given me the straight story. Thats what keeps my business. Even if it occasionally costs a little bit more. However in my experience Trick Trucks will meet any price you can find that may be better than theirs. So....to sum it up. No BS. Sells what you need or want...no pressure for crap you dont. Reliable/ quality installation. Reasonable labor rates. Highly recommended.Josh

I had a remote start installed in my KIA Sportage a little over a week ago. From start to finish the experience was wonderful. The guys in the shop were friendly, they had my order ready to go and pulled my car in as I was leaving. They called me a few hours later to let me know my car was done and could stop by at my convenience to pick it up. When picking up my car, they explained what they did and went over the invoice with me. Also provided me with instructions for my remote start that I can carry in my wallet and also left one in my vehicle. With the weather the way it has been, Im a happy lady getting into my nice, warm car after a long day at the office. Highly recommend Trick Trucks to anyone for their vehicle needs!

I get pretty much all my upgraded car parts from these guys and the prices are great and the service is even better

I bought a drop in bed liner. Nothing complicated and the work was done quickly. Liner works as expected. I have tried to explore other accessories (expensive ones too) for my new truck with them, with little success. You should know what you want because there is almost zero sales help. Its as if they have too much to do to help you make an informed decision. Prices on some items are too high and can be found much more cost effectively on line.

My Husband wanted to surprise me so I could get my vehicle equipped to get my 93 year old grandmother in and out of my vehicle. After my husband dealt with them for months, as well as having a scheduled appointment today dropping off the vehicle to have the work completed,nothing was done. Much to his disappointment they called and said they couldn’t perform the work. Customer service was not received well and we felt a bit of discrimination in there presence. We Will never send them any recommendations. I work for a Major corporation and after 30 years in the service Industry I now know why hospitality and efficiency is so important!! Shame on You Tric Trucks.

Best Christmas gift EVER! My hubby bought me heated seats for my Rav-4. They were installed on the scheduled date yeaterday. Brian and his team are wonderful to work with. My car was back when promised and I love getting in my car to a nice heated seat. Thanks Brian and everyone at Trick Trucks! We had such wonderful service my hubby will be sceduling an appointment to get his tires there soon too. Do yourself a favor and go see them!

HONEST HONEST HONEST, If you need a shop you can trust this is the one. If they cant do they tell you up front. No games here. If they say they can do it they get it done for the price they quoted. Ive been a customer for over 5 years.

Mounting the cap and ladder rack had its hickups but everything was settled nicely by the end.

Not a positive experience- the wiring for a hitch that was installed in August 2013 Chevy Equinox was defective and I didnt discover it until I tried to rent a U-Haul trailer to move a college student to Morgantown. I ended up renting a full size U-Haul truck that cost me more than $300- the wiring for the parking lights didnt work (left and right turn signals were okay).TT fixed the wiring problem but would not even partially reimburse me for any of the added costs of the U-Haul truck. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment in advance and had the shop order necessary parts. Dropped truck off early AM and left it to be worked on that am. Heard nothing by afternoon- called to ask when it was done and was told they had not ordered the parts,so they obviously hadnt worked on it. Told me I could bring it back another time. NEVER called me before I left the truck there to let me know the parts wernt in, NEVER called once I dropped the truck off. Spent 2 hrs driving for nothing. USE WINCHESTER TRICK TRUCKS! They have been professional every time- zero problems there. I wouldnt waste your time at this place
