I loved the fresh fruit and the beautiful arrangement. The taste was wonderful to the senses. I loved the fruit. What a luxurious surprise. What a great was to tell someone you are thinking of them.

I went in specifically to see with my own eyes what sizes things were that you could order. I picked a nice arrangement out of their book for the size I needed. I get there to pick it up before the party Im going to, and theres 1/2- 2/3 of the fruit in it that there should be! I say something about it, and just get a shrugged shoulder! I spend a fortune for what should be a special thing, and get next to nothing instead!

I called in trying to decide on which size arrangement I would need for a gathering . Sierra who took the order was very helpful in making sure I choose the correct size for the event. It was beautiful and delicious. I got many compliments from others on how good it was. You did a great job! Thanks!

I placed an order at a little after 10 am to be delivered to a loved one. I checked through out the day and when I talked to her she hadnt recieved it by 8pm but I got a delivery confirmation e-mail at 8:14pm saying the delivery was successful. Of course they are closed now so I cant speak to anyone.

Had a very good experience here, they were out of inventory for a custom birthday container I had ordered so to make up for it they offered me the options of a different container, a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries on top of my order, or to dip my order in chocolate all at no cost. I chose the Dozen dipped strawberries because that would have cost about $50 retail!!Great staff who seem to always be on top of things the several times I have ordered from them, arrangements always look delicuous and fantastic, almost too nice to eat....almost. The one time there was a problem they went above and beyond to make it right and to make me happy and they have definitely gained a customer for life!

Just experienced the worst service Ive ever had in my life. This is the first negative review Ive ever written, it was so bad.Last week I ordered a chocolate dipped assorted fruit box as a birthday gift for my moms birthday today. Got the confirmation email and the money was removed from my account, so everythings good to go, right? Nope!My brother was listed as the pickup, as I live several hours away. My brother called me from the location, telling me the guy at the counter was refusing to give him the order, no explanation given. I ask to talk to him so I can figure out what the problem is, and I can hear the guy in the background refusing to speak to me, saying Im done talking about this. What??So I call the store several times and it just rings until it asks you to leave a message. Except you cant leave a message. It redirects you another recording that asks you to press 1 to leave a message, which just loops back to the original recording. Its an endless loop in which no message can be left.What i especially dont understand is why they never tried to call us if they couldnt fill the order. They had my phone number from the order and my brothers phone number from the pickup info and no one ever called either of us to let us know there was a problem with the order. If they had bothered to contact us, i could have at least made another plan for a present for her.I still have no idea what happened, as the employee refused to give an explanation and I guess is now refusing to answer the phone. But now I dont have a present for my mother and I cant just stop at the store and drop something off due to my location. Very upset by this situation and the total disrespect and disregard shown by the employee at the shop.

Great great customer service!!!! I ordered an arraignment with balloons for my husband to be sent to his job and when I got home I didn’t see the balloons. I called the Martinsburg store and they were quick to make it right! They delivered his balloons and some extra chocolate covered fruit to our house that’s nearly 20 miles out of the way! They went above and beyond to make sure my husband had a great birthday gift!

They did me right have my order ready but took a little bit but I still love all they did me and the same time theyre great place to go when you want some on the go...check them okay

This place is terrible!!! The website says it closes at 5pm, I got there at 430pm to pick up 2 arrangements for my daughter that her grandmothers sent her. He told me he called all customers late last night to cancel all orders. I called my mother n law to check, and there was no call. This guy, was completely and utterly rude. Edible arrangements please vet the owners you allow to franchise, he is giving the company a bad name.

This team went out of their way to deliver an arrangement to my Granddaughter for her birthday. She was not home at the time they arrived and neighbors were not home. She was reached by phone and they waited for her to get home - almost 45 minutes. Above and beyond!!! Many thanks!!! I am so sorry that I do not remember the drivers name.

Place is shutdown. Did a decent business when it was open.

Placed my order online on Monday and paid extra to ensure shipping would be on Wednesday (Valentines Day). Came home from work around 7pm to see smiling faces on my Wife and Kids just to find out the order was never delivered. I received a phone call from the store at 8:45 pm on Wednesday saying they never got to my order and asked me what I would like them to do. Refund... Very disappointed.

I was not home to receive a delivery that i find out wasnt actually due to arrive until the next day. Then after a call I thought had cleared the issue up with staff, the owner Rick calls and only exasserbates the situation. You wanna call some one and claim ownership of a business and not even check with your employees on the status of a customer complaint first its kind of crappy procedure.

One star is too good of a review for this place. Dont waste your time with these people

Absolute worse service ever!!! This store owner Rick Pickwick is the most unprofessional inappropriate and rude supervisor Ive met. My mother who is stationed overseas ordered me an arrangement for my birthday. They were suppose to be delivered to my house except when the delivery guy came by I wasnt home. I called the location to make other arrangements, and even during the phone conversation I received less than quality service. Rick made me feel as if it was my fault for not being at home when the delivery guy came by. He was suppose to refund me the money and instead he tried to offer me 6 extra strawberries. I was unable to pick up the arrangement due to unforeseen circumstance and surprisingly I never got a friendly call or reminder to pick up the items. Instead according to Rick they were dumped and i was told my mother would not get a refund. Rick went on and on to say what a beautiful arrangement he had made, but my question to him was if it was so nice why not give a courtesy to follow up with the customer so that both parties are satisfied?? Thats what you call going above and beyond customer service. Rick has no idea of what quality service is. Ive had issues with this branch before. Ive since told my mom not to use edible arrangements for any special occasions. They used to have a nice staff at the store in Winchester but unfortunately they shut down and Rick makes it seems as if I have to put up with his nonsense. Its a shame this store(#784) put a bad name to a good brand. I strongly suggest that if you want to save yourself the headache, time and money do not visit this location!

He shout the store down without telling any of his employees. The day after Valentines Day he changed the locks on the store and told everyone that he would mail us our checks before Friday in a text message.

I will never go back!!! I ordered my arrangement on Monday, and paid for them so I could pick them up Wed evening. I went there, and no one had my name down, no one had my order ready, no one had anything. Even though I showed them my receipt of purchase. I had to wait 15 min while dinner for my kids was getting cold so they could put this thing together for me. Meanwhile two other people came in off the street, ordered something and were in and out in less in 5 min. Does that make any sense? I will never go back, I will be dealing in hagerstown from now on.

Drove by early March and the place is closed. Nothing left inside. No sign on door or window indicating they had moved somewhere else.

Shouldnt come deliver an arrangement to someones else and blow the horn forever if they dont answer Call the persons phone isnt that what u give their number for
