Brian gave excellent service and went out of his way to troubleshoot on my cell phone. Superb!!!

Best Boost store hands down! Ive been to several trying to find someone who would really help with a few issues I was having with my phone. This location was recommended from a group on FB by a member who said if you need good HONEST service go see Brian! Brian is patient with us older adults who are technically challenged. Hes a great asset to Boost in customer retention. I was treated so badly at another location I was ready to move to another carrier. Tonys great too😉

Yes indeed as last review said that gentleman was probably Brian. He clearly explained the phones and phone plan and made it indeed a pleasant experience! I am very happy with the purchase and product. I have no doubt that Brian will soon be teaching New Boost Mobil employees to be excellent sales associates.

Made a previous review for this store. It seems like there were two listings on Google for this store. Lol ANYWAY. This place is awesome. The people who have helped me here got me in to a great phone at a great price. They were also very knowledgeable. Will be coming back.

They have great phones at a great price. They also got me 12gb of hotspot that came with my 50 buck plan. Im happy I moved from metro to them. Customer service in store is much better and he told me they use the same towers as sprint. Thanks for all the help!

Horrible place went there 3 times waited over 3 hours still could not get new phone started. Told to come back at 10 am and as before no one shows up for an hour.Asked where he was he started yelling and threaten me. Told him i would be outside waiting but the looser would not come outside.Go to another boost store this one on several times was not open during their posted hours. The employees must be goofing off and owner is paying them thinking the store is open
