Lady answering the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Absolutely never will I bring my business there nor will anyone else that I know. Live and learn. No wonder this place isnt well-known

Pauline was rude and extremely unhelpful. The type of person who offers you more problems instead of solutions. Shut me down immediately, I needed a large quantity of a timken/skf/national number I had. Take your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service called 3 different times this week for various different items and they are completely unwilling to help unless you know exactly what you need right down to their part number dont bother
