Sleep Expert Brian was really an expert! This gentleman knows his mattresses well and makes great recommendations. He was very accommodating, friendly and was nice to our bored kid who was trying every bed in there. Go look for him when purchasing a bed! They alao have great selections of beds in different price ranges! Overall a great store!

Today we went to the store at the twin lakes location in Smokeypoint. We spoke with Roger who was funny, not at all pushy. We ended up saving $5,300. purchasing an adjustable mattress through him rather than the Ashley home store. We were in and out with Roger in about an hour and had a great time! I had a great experience today working with Brian. He was so knowledgeable about mattresses I was really impressed. I tried so many mattresses and was trying to find one a little less expensive because the one I picked was of course the most expensive. We were down to the last couple mattresses and he said well since we’re over this close to them why don’t you try the Purple mattress. Omg I was like WOW and I’ve never said Wow on a mattress before. I said this is it then he said try the one next to it that one has a little bounce. I was sold! Can’t wait till Saturday for my new bed to arrive.Awesome job Brian!!

We had the best experience we could have imagined. We walked in Sunday evening at 5:30 pm so we were apologetic of course as it was 30 minutes to closing and Connie greeted us and was amazing to work with. She promptly listened to our needs, issues, wants and got right to work! We picked out our new bed to find out we could have it as early as Wednesday since they had one left in the wear house in Kent! The staff here is very friendly, not pushy at all, and they are very knowledgeable about the mattresses they sell.My wife and I had already done some homework on what we wanted beforehand and we never felt that the salespeople were trying to push us in a different direction.They are just as happy selling you an $800 bed vs a $5,000 one, they just want to get you what you want, not what is the highest commission.

Roger was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was never pushy. Simply asked questions about what we wanted and how we slept. We already had an idea of what we wanted but he neved pushed us into a more expensive model. He endured our 3 children running around (we were there for an hour or more with 3 toddlers) and was so friendly with them. Told us what to expect with delivery.I highly recommend this store!!!

Had a wonderful, fast experience with Tyler Tobler (my brother!) who found me the best deal on a twin size mattress for my son. He had us try several mattresses within our budget and actually found us a really great bed for well under our budget ceiling! I always go to Tyler not only because he’s my brother but because he’s always professional and finds us the best deals on mattresses. I’ve referred many friends through to him and they always comment as well on how well he meets their needs for less money than competing stores, or even other employees within mattress firm. This was at the Smokey Point Mattress Firm in Marysville Washington.

Roger was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and bases in the store and we never felt pressured into any decision. He just helped us narrow down exactly what we wanted. He would let us try the various price ranges of mattresses but never really pushed us towards the more expensive choice. He took the time to not only show us the mattress that we were interested in but also in mattresses that were comparable.He was very honest and open about the warranties and all useful information we inquired about. The manager here is AMAZING and so helpful. I had gotten a bed that ended up not working out and came to return it...the manager worked with me and went above and beyond to make sure I got a new mattress that worked for me at very little cost. The new mattress should have been double the cost of the previous mattress but I walked out only paying a very small fraction of the price. I am very grateful for the help that I received there..due to the pandemic I wasnt able to shell out more money so this meant A LOT. They actually care and want to work with you here. I HIGHLY recommend. Some places you encounter people in sales that just seem to want to make the sale and get their commission but not here. The manager genuinely cared and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. If you want to go somewhere that will help you and work with you...go to this location!!!

We went in to test out some of the Purple beds and were helped by Joey; he was happy to show us our options and let us do all the testing we wanted. He was very informative and quick to answer our questions without making us feel pressured.He cared about us finding the right fit for our health and sleeping needs and went the extra mile to find us a great deal (and I mean great!). We had previously considered buying online through purple but we definitely recommend coming in and meeting with Joey (everyone was very nice as well) to find your right fit.

Just had our new bed delivered today. Gotta say those installers were quicker than the pit crew at the indy 500. Showed me the ways and rode off into the sunset. Of course this all was possible through my new mattress hook up Roger Morris. That man is the guru of sleep. Not only that, he found all the deals. He was like a lawyer looking for loopholes in his federal case. Amazing product at great price.

My kids and I popped in the store late Sunday evening! It was quiet and Roger took his time with us, and I think enjoyed the kids and teaching them what good sleep is suppose to be and why. He gave them stats about 1/3 of life is sleeping, so it’s important to make it good sleep for a healthy life! It was like going in to get “an experience ” rather than a boring task! He made the kids laugh and try to narrow down, but didn’t go straight to the expensive top line mattress as they were teens! I appreciated that! He gave us a card with info and prices and this all lead to us wanting to buy from Roger. We called in the order later in the week and hope he got credit as I gave them his name thanks so much!

Prior to buying this mattress I had tried 4, yes 4 beds and sent them all back! I have 10 bulging/herniated discs and a slight cord compression. Picking a bed is a nightmare for us. Everything ended up being too hard, putting pressure on my spine and resulting in pain. I am happy to report that I LOVE my Stearns And Foster Lux Estate Cassatt Luxury Plush Euro Pillow Top! Joey at Mattress Firm is a no pressure, give all the options type of sales person. Today I went in for a wedge pillow for my bed so I can watch TV more comfortably. Joey showed me a bedframe that was adjustable. Currently I just have a boxframe and a mattress. he went above and beyond and made sure I understood the benefits of the product and also help me find a mattress pad protector. I bought my mattress a few years ago from mattress firm at the same smoky point location and there’s a reason why I continue to go back I walked in and anticipating spend any money because of the excellent service walked out getting a brand new mattress frame that address and delivery and assembly and a premium mattress protector for under $500. We went in thinking we wanted something super firm, but he guided us through the process of selecting the mattress that was most appropriate for what we were looking for. We were surprised to discover that we were looking for something medium rather than firm. He was super helpful with explaining costs, features, and options. Even more surprising that he was able to speak to the aches and pains that our old mattress had been causing. We were so impressed by the breadth of his knowledge! And again - just so approachable. Very excited to have our new mattress delivered.

Delivery movers did a great job and were very careful and courteous. They arrived right on schedule and the bed frame setup went very quick. I would highly recommend these guys considering how well of a job they performed.

Absolutely wonderful service! My husband and I went in to purchase a mattress and base. This is a 5 star review to the manager and his associate for turning things around for my horrible and stunning bad customer service I had at the other 116th Marysville location with an older man. They got out of there chair and immediately greeted us right when we walked in and listened with care as I explained my horrible experience and showed me a mattress right away and took care of helping me load up and gave a great price all with a great attitude. We worked with Gavin for our first new mattress purchase. He probably spent over an hour with us helping to find the mattress setup that best suited us. Didnt pressure us at all. We got our mattress delivered next day. The delivery guys had the mattress and udjustable frame put together quick and verified that it worked. Overall great customer service from this business. We recently went in to look at and feel are options. We really did our homework on this one. Of course we thought about buying a bed in a box but did not like how we were left with whatever we got shipped, not knowing how it would feel until we received it. Of course most offer free returns but to us, if we didnt like it, it still seemed like a headache. I personally was not impressed with how upon entering the store you are literally stocked by a salesman. If you thought buying a used or new car was a joke then be cautious, youve been warned. I told the salesman we just wanted to look at which point he backed down slightly but then like I stated stocked us in the store the entire time. We tried the Purple, Sealy, Serta and Beautyrest but ultimately went with what stood out comfort wise which was the Tempur Pedic Pro Adapt mated with the Tempur Pedic Ergo adjustable base. In the end the salesman earned some redemption with the help of his extremely knowledgeable senior salesman which I wished we could of delt with from the beginning. Mattress Firm had everything we purchased in stock and was able to deliver the next day. This also impressed me. The deliver crew was very polite and wore red booties but did not roll out the red carpet, oh well. The installers were quick and efficient which I very much appreciate giving we had to have someone other than our family in the house during Covid. All in all it was a decent experience with a very positive outcome. I am only giving 3 stars due to the pushy salesman and how pushy Mattress Firm is with sending you emails and text messages after your purchase asking for you to write a review. You want a review you got one. Unfortunately now a days things are becoming harder to find locally and we just did not want to buy a bed in a box. We would rather support a local business but I hope some one within the company will read this and see that there is the need for a real balance to be created. We do however love our mattress and adjustable base and really enjoyed having it delivered and watching our old stuff go bye, bye. 5 stars to the delivery crew and the senior rep at this location. Please keep up the outstanding work.

Connie (Sales Professional this location) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, we didn’t feel uncomfortable or pressured when discussing our needs, budget or possible brand preferences. Spending as much as we did for a new bed wasn’t a ‘painful experience’. Overall we left the store with smiles on our faces, excited about our new purchases, (but WITHOUT that exhaustion & questioning the experience we just endured with a specific sales person/spend so much after dealing with them as well) but working with Connie was NOTHING like a grueling experience! We highly recommend Connie @ this location for a pleasant shopping/buying experience.

Stopped in at the Lakewood Mattress Firm to compare store prices with online purchase of a box mattress . Pleasantly surprised to find that the Labor Day sale made it possible for me to purchase the signature box mattress offered by them . Roger was extremely helpful and responsive. I was prepared to make my purchase online but after dealing with Roger it made more sense to buy from Mattress Firm!

The salesman at the store worked with us so we could get the mattress and adjustable base that we wanted . The mattress and base was delivered and setup the next day, the delivery was on time as setup was fast.Both the salesman and both the delivery people wore gloves and masks. Very satisfied so far, time will on the mattress and base.
