Their website doesn’t list their new hours closing at 4 so when I got there around 2:30 they couldn’t do my oil change. I asked if she, Jen H., could at least check my oil. She did and helped me get the correct oil and added the quart for me. She was amazing and I truly appreciated her assistance! I live closer to Everett but would drive up to Marysville because of her!

Help is scarce and when they do show up, theyre so annoyed that they have to actuality help you. I Literally had to pick up the phone TWICE and re-page the manager lady back to Automotive and 23 mins later she shows up and she didnt even hear the pages. What a horrible place! Only go here if you want to further your depression...

Negative:I went there for simple service (oil change and filter replacement). They made a crucial mistake and forgot to properly screw the front cover under the car (that protects the oil tank from road bumps). It got broken just after driving for 2 miles.Positive:They took ownership of their mistake and reimburse the cost of replacing the cover and also refund the price for oil change.I hope they will learn and dont make such crucial mistakes again.

It was 5:30pm on a Tuesday when we pulled up to the Walmart Auto Center desperate for an oil change. Without any explanation we were rudely shooed away. Mind you Walmart Auto Center closes at 6pm. We rushed over to Jiffy Lube without much hope, arriving at 5:45pm knowing they also close at 6pm. We were kindly greeted by the attendant and guided into the bay. We received our oil change with an unexpected Holiday discount and two minutes to spare. Jiffy Lube has definitely earned our loyalty.

I found a place over on state ave that saved a pending road trip. This shop only had their cheapest tires available, couldnt swap out keyed lug nuts, the guy was talking about alignments and all kinds of stuff they didnt even do in their shop.Formula tire was fast and I got nice tires at a nice price.

This guys like to spend their time chatting around instead of working on your car. Been here for 2.5 hours an no waiting room due to COVID waiting for them to replace 4 tires and still not done. Could definitely take some improvements

Yes theres a long wait but they have cheaper tires that still come with better warranties than Marysville tire, good year and Midas. Midas told me that they have to order tires because they dont keep them in the store. What?!?! These guys here actually do a good job and youll get good service if you talk to them like people and not just the help. But thats true anywhere you go.

This visit worked out great. Brought my battery in to get checked. She checked it in front of me so I knew what was going on. The battery was shot so I bought a new one for a good price and was out in less than 15 minutes.

I’ve always gone to this tire center but, my tire needed to be fixed and I tried calling a 15 minutes before heading to the tire center and on the way there I continued to call with not a single answer.I arrived at 6:30 to be turned down, the one tech was nice and tried explaining that it would take awhile and I’d have to wait but they just wouldn’t have time because they close at 8.Then next, a guy comes out once again after I’ve already started to get stressed and emotional about my tire and having to go pick up my son and continues to say they close at 8 ect but he has was so rude about the whole situation.

Once they finally acknowledged me the work they did was good... They put all new tires on my car... But ya there not to courteous and are not in any hurry to be of service

Just witnessed them deny a guy from replacing his tires at 8:45 because he didnt have an appointment. I know from listening that they dont have any other appointments until 11 and Im the only one here. I just watched them do the same thing to a second customer...

They do a good job. They do it at a good price. I would rate them higher, but there is always a long wait. Maybe that is the trade off for the good price.

Went in to get my oil changed it took about 3 hours and they told me it would take an hour. I was watching how they worked and the best way to explain them is they dont work. Go to the one in Arlington theyre shop is smaller but they actually work hard.

Completely unreliable. Cant keep enough employees working to accept my business. Be prepared for long delays for oil changes and other services. Go elsewhere if you can afford it.

Had 2 tire installed less than 2k miles ago while i waited for 2 for the front (they didnt have in stock) somehow they were discontinued ???? So i finally get 2 for the front, and they dont match, and get this, now they wont put them on, because i didnt buy them all on the same day. I know they have rules about not doing only 2 on a 4x4, but if that was the case, then why did they put the 2 on the back???!!! A lot of people come to me for automotive advice, and you can bet I will be sure to share my experience with them, and obviously I will NEVER use their tire services again!

While Walmart might not the first place people think of when it comes to an oil change, I went here for every one of mine for almost two years, and intermittently before that. They use the same tools and oils as the bigger guys (Jiffy Lube, for example) but at a fraction of the cost. And, while youre waiting for your car to get done, you have a store to wander around, instead of sitting in a lame waiting room.

Went in first thing in the morning to get my tire patched after running over a piece of sharp metal. He looked confused as to how the metal managed to get lodged in the tire due to its shape. But he did take it out and have it completly patched and leak free within 15 minutes. I believe his name was Travis.

Terribly busy, but worth the deal on the tires!😁

They said I had a coolant leak(so they would not change my oil) so I took it to my mechanic he told me it was coming out of the over flow hose. I took it back to them and they refuse to change my oil.

Auto department manager was very helpful andd a great leader for her staff .

I was the 1st vehicle in the shop when they opened. I came in for an oil change and 4 new tires. I was told it would be 1.5 hours and ive been here for 3 and still waiting......great prices but teriably slow..

Called in before coming in my car had gotten a screw in the tire, they said they had one left of my tire size. I got there around 7ish and they were amazing. Where going somewhere like good year or les swabs would of cost me more walmart was decently priced and knowledgeable. The guy who checked my car in took his time to talk to me and answer all the questions I had. I was so glad at that point because it was pretty late in the evening that they were open and had my tire. Once they had my car it was a quick and easy process and before I knew it I was back driving again. I would fully recommend this place in a heart beat I just wish all walmarts had a tire center and hours like this (they close at 8pm) because alot of people who work arent off till 5 or later and by the time they get any sort of time to get stuff like this done its usually later.

People are over worked - understaffed, but they are professional and honest! I never have to worry about the upsell.Not having that upsell in my face all the time is worth it!

Super disappointed with this place. They were under staffed big time. Took them 5 hours just to put a single rubber onto my rim and because it took them so long I told them id go ahead and put the tire back onto my car myself later, and left with a doughnut still on my vehicle, because they were passed closing time. 1 piece of rubber put onto my rims was nearly 100 bucks and it took 5 hours. Ya, I dont recommend this place nor will I ever use them again.

These are idiots, people. Like any other Walfart this place is a magnet for obese and scumbag population as one reviewer put it. A typical disorganized, long-line waiting walfart store.The Tire department:There is never, never anyone picking up the phone at this department. I called a couple dozens times to ask what they charge to mount a tire on a wheel and I can never get anybody on the phone to respond. Never.They have a phone # listed on the Internet but appears its locked in a box with 2 padlocks for nobodys use. I think nobody is there because there is nothing to do: no customers bring vehicles for service or tires. Smart people go to Discount tire or Jiffy Lube.A typical WalFart store with no customer service. Avoid it. There is no money savings here.It will never beat the price deals at Target, Ross, JCPenney and Fred Meyer (for groceries).

Rude Stand Offish and generally lazy.....untrained staff that has no idea how to even look up tires right. Went there first thing this morning to get a tire and they tried to tell me they could only put one type of tire on my car ..... Basically because they just opened they did not want to do any work just yet so they blew me off.....Dont even know why I went there Wal Mart is evil and horrible company

First come first serve better place to buy new tires and installation, no one can beat their price👍

Came in for an oil change, was told it would be an hour. Waited 2 hours for the oil change, then another 45 minuets for a lube audit, which the poor lube tech paged a manager to come complete the lube audit.. in the end I ended up calling the sheriff because the manager still hadnt come and they wouldnt give me my car back.. I will never return.

Do not go here for car service unless you have 3 hours to waste. Came here for carry in tire mounts and it took almost 3 hours. They are slow and some service employees are rude.

We should have looked at the reviews first. Service is extremely slow. What we were told would take an hour (oil change), ended up taking an hour and a half.

Walt mart the worst place with very unprofessional people to change the oil defect your car with four people working and with three more cars you have to wait three hours and they do not guarantee that you have the filter anywhere else they do not take more defect 30 minutes.
