I went here on 10/26 and I had to have my drink remade FOUR times! Which means yes, I turned around FOUR times, and argued with them over a SMOOTHIE . They kept giving me rebels, instead of the simple smoothie I ordered. Never again will I come here!

I’m as much of a fan of DB’s as the next guy. I go there about once a week, I have the app, spend too much money there, etc. it’s a great experience, with friendly staff. But,… I am tired of feeling like their staff is trying to climb into my car. It’s one thing to ask me how my day is going, but it’s another to inquire about my plans, my life, my work,.. it’s just too much. Today I swear I felt I had to push the person away from me because they were just getting too close, pandemic not withstanding. Yeah, fantastic, you’re wearing a mask, I’m all for it. But it doesn’t mean it’s ok to breach the sanctity of my personal space.Ok. My rant is over. I’ve said my piece. Thank you for listening.

Layout of the drive through isnt good for traffic flow. Lots of waiting and hard to get back on the road. Staff was decent, not as friendly to a non college or high-school audience.

Line is usually pretty long, but these guys do a good job making drinks. Lemon Frost is my favorite.

There where a lot of nice people there! Also if you havent been to dutch before its a must go.1 last thing on your birthday you can get free drinks but you need proof

Was fairly fast for a Dutch bros. Nice staff. Honestly not the biggest fan of their drinks. But thats only because theyre pretty sweet. Other people seem to love it though.

This is my go-to shop since it is relatively close to where I live. The staff have been nice and friendly every time I have stopped by, always asking how my day is going or talking bout school since most employees are high schoolers/college students. I think how busy it gets will depend on the time and day; there has been a line of cars when I come, but its usually not all the way into the street. The first-time getting here can be tricky: Driving North on 185th Ave turning at 2nd entrance (since 1st one is an exit only) will get you to the drive-thru lanes or if you drive East/West on Farmington Rd turn into Walgreens crossing through their parking lot. Great place, always make my drinks right and have been a happy customer. Thanks guys!

This is the slowest Dutch bros we’ve ever been to not just this once but multiple times. The line was out to the street, people waiting, the car in front of us knew the employees -got their one drink and held hands and flirted for almost 10 min ( we timed it cause it was taking so long and we’d been waiting over 10 minutes already) while the line got longer and longer. It’s so dangerous for cars to be waiting on 185th in Beaverton- ton of traffic and prevents people from entering the Walgreens next to them. But the employees are so slow & cavalier and no hustle . We’ve been there when there’s only a few cars and they’re still slow. The one by Washington square, tanasbourne, Sherwood are always super busy and Long Double lines and are friendly & amazingly fast. They hustle so I tip them well. I waited tables and would’ve been fired if I ignored my customers to flirt and hang out with my friends. Not returning to this place.

Love Dutch brothers but I’m getting tired of them ASKING ME if I want to leave a tip every time I show up, sorry I don’t think you deserve a tip for standing out side and taking my order... 10 bucks a week in tips isn’t enough I guess I’ll have to start giving people a reality check.

I understand that there is a situation at the moment, but my significant other was ignored completely by those working at the Dutch Bros tonight. Other coffee places still allow walk ups while Dutch Bros does not. I understand safety but that does not give someone the right to ignore someone else. A quick Im sorry, we are currently only doing drive thru would have been nice. I hope everyone stays safe, but please respect others.

I went to the one in aloha Oregon and all their equipment is gone and nothing in the freezers and when we went at 6:27 in the morning their sign said open and they werent.

So glad that they are open later than 6pm now, on weekdays. My family loves this place. The employees are always very friendly! Hazar is our favorite! ❤🧡💛💚💙

Updated 06/17/20 - These people deserve a huge thanks. I am updating my rating from 1 to 5 stars again. They have gone above and beyond. We pull up and most times before we even say our order, they are already working on it, and just ask if we want our usual with is normally 2 Lg Iced 6-Shot, White Chocolate, Caramel Banana mochas. They are the kindest bunch of people we have ever met. Keep up the great work, you are awesome and amazing!!!!!

Glad you prioritize no line cutting over safety. Your crew would not even take my order unless I drove around to the side that was spilling out onto 185th and block traffic... I was willing to sit there at the second driveway until it was my turn, but apparently you have some ridiculous policy. If you insist on only 1 line, why not use the safer side that has plenty space for cars? 3rd strike with this location, various reasons. I will not be back.

Im really never impressed with Dutch, and this time was no different. Repeated my order 4 times to only have is messed up. Overpriced and underflavored. Baristas are friendly, but one was telling me about his financial stress while I was waiting for my drink, not professional at all.

Awesome people but HORRIBLE location! Its so stressful to get stuck on the street while you wait for the line to move. Theres two ways to access the drive thru line, so its kind of confusing when there are multiple cars. I love the staff, just hate the location!

Coffee is good but you will wait for 20 mins in line for your drink. I sat behind a car that chatted after they got their coffee for five mins with seven cars behind them. No awareness of efficiency at this place.

Pulled up at 4:25 on a Thursday and they closed early for no reason. No note or sign. Huuuuuge waste of time, effort, and gas money. Dont trust the hours so theres no guarantee theyll be open, dont waste your time.

I end up getting the same drink from this place every time I ask for a surprise Rebel, they always give me something red and never give me the name so i don’t know what not to ask for other than not a red rebel. I liked getting surprise rebels because I’m a very indecisive person and figured id be able to try tons of flavors. I guess you guys only have the strawberry/cherry/watermelon flavor. Other than that its cool, just need some creative employees to try mixing up diff flavors.

I have been going to this stand for years and I am about to stop going because no matter how many times I tell this new staff my order they get it wrong every time. The last 3 times I have gone they have messed up on my drink by not putting in correct kinda of coffee to making the completely wrong drink( ordered a strawberry blended rebel and they handed me a blue iced drink). They need better trained staff, quality has definitely gone down over the years.

Dutch Bros just rocks. Their drink are wonderful and the employees are uniformly positive and upbeat. Their kiosks are all over the place, so they are usually quite convenient.

Love the high-energy and vibe of pretty much all the locations. Super nice and engaging and always great customer service. Love the charitable work they do as well. Only reason for a 4-star is their coffee is not my preferred cup of joe. But it works for a whole lotta others, so its just preference at this point. Keep doing what youre doing though. The other 4 people in my immediate family think Im crazy for not totally loving the taste. So youll always have their business. 😄

Not from oregon and never had Dutch bros before! It was great coffee and I loved it! Definitely will be going there any time we see a Dutch bros. The coffee is great but they also have kid drinks and teas and other types of drinks which is amazing.

I never do reviews, I had to for this. I always get an annihilator with almond milk. On 03/21/19 at 920am I got my coffee. As soon as I get to work, I see my drink with chunks in it that looked like rotten milk. It was disgusting and unsanitary. Does Dutch Bros employees not check expiration dates?On another note, your employees talk too much and hold up the line. Ask too many questions when sometimes I just dont want to talk and want my coffee.

Dutch Bros. Always a pleasant experience! You will often find a lineup of cars waiting in the drive thru, because this place truly is great.Despite them being very busy, you have individual staff that come out (awesome staff I might add) to take your order as you wait.You pull up (at your turn) and have your drink perfectly prepared for you, seeing and experiencing happy workers with great/upbeat attitudes.Really makes for a pleasant experience!

Used to come here twice a day everyday cause the employees started to feel like family they were so amazing. But then the upper management got stupid and started firing the best employees they had. Since Spencer and a few others were let go I will be taking my money elsewhere. Its amazing they have any employees left. Please change your upper management if you want my money back.

Very fast and efficient service. Theres always someone walking down the line taking your order and allowing you to pay ahead so that when you get to the window your drinks are ready. The people there are always friendly and talkative.

LOVE IT!!! I recommend to get the red-bull blue raspberry it soooo good and I got a large one for my birthday which was free and they gave me a lollipop and on the cap it said happy b-day i loved it and one last thing they are fast on giving your drinks.

Well, I informed this DB that I was a veteran and was dismayed to find out they dont do discounts. Sad! But then the nice girl at the counter gave me my drink for free.I like discounts. I like free, too! But, I dont expect free. So thanks, DB Princess! :)
