I had the pleasure to work with JC Stoneworks. I have to say .... this gorgeous outdoor kitchen was one of the many projects we have had going on while building a custom home that took over a year to build. I was able to reach out to the owners to get a scheduled measurement, the type of stone that would work well in an outdoor area as well as a color that would compliment the space, then on to installation.... every step of the way was flawless. I even received a sincere thank you card in the mail when the project was done. Their customer service, communication, dedication to our area was PERFECT. Out of the gate Allyse in the office was courteous, helpful, and prompt. She took the time to help us through our decisions, we never felt rushed. Jose came to our home for measurements and answered all our questions about the process with experiential knowledge. We even had prompt help with some smaller pieces for our shower that they finished ASAP for us! During installation they were professional and clean! JC Stoneworks just installed granite in our kitchen. We have been searching for almost a year for the right company to help us with our kitchen project and we are so happy we found JC Stoneworks! Allyse was incredibly helpful from the get go and helped me pick the perfect material for our project. From getting an initial bid to install, the entire process was quick and so professional. The finished product looks even better than I had hoped it would. We were so impressed with the entire teams professionalism, communication, and kindness. Wow - can’t say enough good things about this quick, professional company. The owner came out to our house to do the measurements; was very friendly and easy to chat with. We talked about the counter project and he worked with us to make sure everything would look great. He didn’t mind telling me how his laser measurement system works (its very cool) and didn’t mind when our 8yo watched him work. He showed us the final drawings on his tablet and said about 7-10 days for install. Three days later they called and asked “will tomorrow work?” Yes, it would! The install crew was awesome. Couldn’t believe how quickly they worked - and the counters look amazing! The installers were very friendly, answered my onlooker questions (What kind of glue do you use?) patiently, and went about their business very professionally. Everything was cut perfectly, lined up perfectly, installed perfectly. We are very glad that we picked JC Stoneworks!

Thank you to JC Stoneworks for coming to finish our kitchen when we had another fabricator drop the ball. They had our tops done 3 days after template! Installers professional and office staff was helpful.
