Just wanted to say what a great product the GR2120 mower is! Well made and ease of use are readily apparent when you start it up. Also Gregg was our salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the product. He kept us informed about the shipment for the snow blower and the blade. Great job Gregg! Thank you. Matt

Needed my tractor serviced for a HST issue (L45). Rich and Darcy in the service department identified and fixed the problem. I have been frequenting this business since 2003 (sound tractor). I am grateful that Kitsap Tractor is now the owner. All of the staff from reception, parts, service and the owner have been friendly and great to work with.

Greg Miner was extremely generous, kind and professional over the phone and in person. Took the time to understand our needs and made the right recommendation. He walked us through the selling process and patiently answered all of our first-time buyer questions. Tractor was delivered on time and everything was tight, lubed and ready to go. Really pleased with the dealership, seller, and delivery driver.

Went in with a friend who was looking to buy a KX040-4 excavator and we sat there for a while while Greg thoroughly explained things. We went out in the yard to look at it and this little tractor set-up caught my eye. It was a BX23S. When we got back inside to do the paperwork on my friends excavator, I told Greg to go ahead and write up the tractor for me, which of course he did. Since the one in the yard was sold, I had to wait a little over 2 weeks for the shipment to come in. It was delivered yesterday. Great buying experience with Greg and also we met Bill, the Owner and several others. Great Team they have! My only complaint is that I havent yet received the Kubota T-Shirt I was promised.

Worked with Brett - nice guy but tough to get callbacks on status of a tractor order. Tractor delivered a few weeks later than originally were discussing (5 weeks instead of 3). Was told they had a box blade on hand they could include in order, but by the time we got to loan signing it was nowhere to be found. Said theyd put in for another one on order - 2 months later and still no box blade. Also had several hose connections on the tractor that were definitely not tightened down properly causing it to lose a 1.5 gallon of hydraulic fluid. $100 to have it prime shipped.Going to have to go through someone else now - just doesnt seem like can trust these guys will get things done on time, pay attention to detail, or communicate as well as they ought to. They arent horrible but you expect a lot more for the $$$$$$$$$ (and a few more $$$$) you spend.

Purchased a KX-040 from Greg here. From start to finish of the entire process, Greg was very professional and knowledgeable and took care of all my needy details. This is the second machine I have purchased from here and both experiences have been great. I have met most of the staff, including the owner, all of whom seem to enjoy what they do and are great at it. I had some interactions with some other dealers in the area that were nowhere near what this place provides. Ask for Greg and go here if you need a machine, you wont regret it.

As first time tractor owners, we asked a ton of questions and Greg answered all of them cheerfully and patiently. He spent quite a bit of time with us to make sure we got the right tool for the job. He is very knowledgeable and laid back and we felt really comfortable with his style of allowing us to come to our own decision -- No pushy salesman tactics! Were very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Kitsap Tractor. Ask for Greg!

He showed us what was in stock and went overall the features of this model and one that was available, regardless whether I was purchasing it or not. I have a Kubota B2301tractor. I needed ballast added to the rear tires (specifically Rimguard bio-ballast). I called their service dept for a quote and was told $500 if I brought the tractor to them, $725 if they came and got it (not including sales tax). Seemed outrageous so I asked if I could just buy the Rimguard from them and do it myself. They said no. I contacted Rimguard directly to get other (reputable) sources of their product. They gave me a couple. and I contacted a tire service they mentioned. They would be happy to sell me the product ($3/gal and I only needed 30 gallons). They also have a mobile service. I opted for that, so for $287 (including tax) they came to my house and did the job. Pays to shop around with these folks.

Not as friendly as we thought they would be when we stopped in for a quote last week. Spoke with the owner today. He is doing his best during these difficult Covid-19 times to provide a first rate customer service experience. We feel confident that Kitsap Tractor in Marysville will meet our needs and they will provide future quality service for our tractor and implements. We are waiting to see if they can match the quote we have from another dealer and help us figure out the Top N Tilt kit vs Backhoe issue in the model Kobota we selected.

Updated review 10/26/20:Rich reached out and was kind enough to hear the situation out and offer a reasonable resolution. Given the new approach under Rich’s leadership, my grandfather is willing to give Kitsap another try.***********************My grandfather had brought in his Kubota tractor for maintenance and repair a few months back. After holding his equipment for a month the service man informed him the repair and maintenance was finished. When my grandfather brought home the tractor he learned the repair had not been done. Kitsap acknowledge the lie and picked up the tractor to fix it. A few days later they inform they can’t repair it as it may damage the bucket. They proceeded to bill my grandfather for 4.5 hours of labor to “attempt to repair” with no positive outcome. My grandfathers friend comes over and together they are able to fix the issue themselves. This felt like another lie on their part, again which they billed for and my grandfather paid.My grandfather, after fixing the issue himself, attempted to reach out to the sales manager to discuss why they held it so long and charged for so many hours to which he has been ignored and told it is what it is. He has attempted to reach out to the head guy Bill Moore with no response. My grandfather is a more than reasonable man and simply wants to have a conversation about this situation and an offer to make it right. Refunding even 1 hour of shop time is the right thing to do.So folks looking for tractor maintenance and repair - please go elsewhere! I will be further sharing on all other social media outlets until this is adequately resolved. You should have more pride and integrity in your work and billing practices!

Angela (angie) and Dave have provided me with some of the worst service I’ve received. I would not recommend doing business with this company.I called for a schedule on insurance claim work to be done after my Kubota TLB was tipped on its side. The tractor was left running on its side at high revs for approx 5 minutes, burned up all the engine oil and hydraulic fluid disappeared as well. It was a huge smoke show, terrible I know but it gets worse for me.After calling several dealerships across western Washington I settled on RMT Everett based on their promise to begin inspecting my tractor on Monday pending I dropped it off by Thursday. I should expect a call back by Wednesday per Darcie (service mgr)No call so by Friday I call and learn that Darcie was let go and Dave is the new manager, he does not know who I am or anything about my tractor and there are 55 units in the shop. I made him aware of my previous agreement and he magically found my information and assured me that the tractor was just fine, engine passed compression testing but the driveshaft was broken and the hood & bumper was damaged. They said they should have everything fixed by the next week. No call back. There was some heavy snow and everything got backed up, but after 4 weeks they still haven’t received my hood and I decided to pick up my tractor as is and do the hood install myself. When I came to get the tractor they didn’t have it tagged, so I had to ID it among so many other identical units, good job guys. It wasn’t starting well, they dismissed it.I got the tractor loaded up on my trailer and they told me to have a good day but wait, I haven’t paid! I told them I wanted to pay my deductible and it should be $250. They accepted and I paid cash. It was as though they had no idea what they were doing.I got the tractor home and the next day it was still starting rough and also has a major hydraulic leak. I called my insurance claim in and learned they haven’t filed the claim fully. At this point I am very concerned, so I ask for the adjusters information. This morning RMT emailed me requesting photos of my tractor! They need these photos so they don’t have to bill me? They threaten me with a bill for the repairs they loosely provided and hung up on me. Wow!

Update - July 14: Since Sound Tractor is the only game in town, Ive been forced to go back. Recent experience has shown great improvement! And the service department was spectacular. Im upgrading to 4-stars.====================================Counter staff (female) was arogant and bordering on abusive. All I needed was a replacement bolt for my LandPride brush hog. She refused to even look at the bolt, insisting that I needed the make and model of the implement. When I didnt know the make and model she talked down to me as if I were stupid or ignorant. I left and went to Barnetts in Snohomish. He looked at the bolt, told me it was a standard bolt and went upstairs. Came back with the bolt and a lock nut in about 30 seconds. Cost under $5 but they treated me the same as if I had just bought a tractor - and this is where Ill go when I do replace my Kabota.Sound Tractor - You wont see me or any of my friends in your showroom again. You have set a new low in customer service!

I had the following on Yelp, however they had it removed:I posted a 2... but had to change it to one. Nothing there was worth my time and cant ever see it being so in the future.I purchased a new B2920 tractor with a couple implements, importantly a MMM. Cost $20k+Purchased on May 2 at another dealer. By May 9th it was in the shop because mid-mounted mower (MMM) deck would not hold height, only 3.2 hours on the machine, used mower for less than .5 hours. Had great customer service and found there was a engineering flaw and it was recalled under warrantee. Replaced an $88 part that holds the mower deck adjustment at no charge to me and..... didnt fix the issue (this means they ran it). They needed to hold onto the tractor because a $5 spacer needed to fix the flaw was backordered.2 weeks go by... I needed the tractor back to get work done on my farm with the other implements. I was told the mower deck will still drift down and it was unusable but the rest of the tractor is good to go. No problem. I took the tractor home, removed the deck, stored it in my shop, and checked in on the part every few weeks.GREAT NEWS! It is now mid August and I get a call saying the $5 part is in. I drop off the tractor and hear nothing for a week. Hmmmm.... Turns out that the $88 part they replaced in May was stripped, (remember they were the only ones who operated the tractor with the mower deck to test it). They finally get the part in and in early September (4 MONTHS AFTER I TOOK IT IN!!!!) i get the call that she is fixed... with a balance of nearly $100 for me to cover because the damage was not under warrantee due to the fact they had already fixed the issue. ????????Call me crazy but when was the issue ever fixed? It sounded as if it was their belief that I should have never taken the tractor home, leaving it in their possession for 4 months and any damage thereafter is my fault... Then why did they give it to me and say its OK to use except the MMM?Im assuming the person I spoke with is some sort of manager and he made it very clear he does not work for Kubota, this is not his problem, its not their fault parts are back ordered out of Japan, and that it had a design flaw... Uuuhhhhhmmmmm? Everything posted everywhere including their uniforms says Kubota. They are the Kubota dealer, factory service center, parts dealer, and FACTORY REPRESENTATIVES. They were making their problem mine and I was not having it. Eventually I was ordered to leave the property and I will not be charged for the service. Time to find another service center. Hell, they never even gave me my papers saying what was fixed.PS... Mower now skips down only 1 click when engaging, better than dropping all the way like it was.October Update: Deck skips down when operating and is getting worse. Looks like the parts they installed and tried to bill me for are failing again.
